Rano is desperately trying to hide Ranbir who is in teasing mode whereas guru and kamla are about to enter the hall any moment. Finally she hides him behind the door and manages to distract guru and kamla while ranbir sneaks out. Kamla then again raises the issue of the necklace of rano's mother to be gifted to guddo, guru refuses but rano finally hands it over to kamla who takes it without showing gratitude. In maan house the entire household is busy with decoration and arranging clothes and jewellery for members. preet is disinterested. In evening when the baraat comes everyone rushes out to receive it but preet doesn't come. maan is disappointed but beeji consoles Maan and tells him to receive the barat with full enthusiasm. Everyone goes except for Preet. Milni happens and then kamla asks where is Preet. Everyone is uncomfortable when suddenly Preet answers and we see her entering the the frame.
