I was looking at the first episodes and saw how vishnuji came a told kaushalaya that he would come as her son, so kaushalaya knew that Ram was vishnuji but did dashrath, sumitra, kaikeyi knew abt this?

vishnu ji came to remind kawsalya abt her previous birth when vishnu ji asked her 4 a boon she said she wants a child like him. after reminding kawsalya about that incident vishnu ji make her forget about all this( that he come as her child)

Rajnish is right. Lord Vishnu made Kaushalya forget that she saw Him. You may ask why He made her forget this. This is because if Kaushalya knew that her son was God, she would not be able to shower motherly affections on him. But she wanted to shower affections on her son the way a mother likes to. She requested this to Lord Vishnu. Therefore, Lord Vishnu made her forget about the meeting.

Yes Dahrath, Arya Suant and Guru Vashistha knew that Ran is Lord Vishnu himself and Due to Bhrigu Rishi's curse he will not have proper maries life. Sita n Ram aka Laxmi Narayan both will be separated in entire Sita n ram avtaar.

Manu and Shatrupa , first king of ayodhya, after being a successfull king opted repentence , they travelled many places and heard alot about lord vishnu , finally performed very tough penance. Vishnu appeared
and said I am very happy with both of you , ask a boon
"i will fulfil all ur desire even if you want me"
Then Shatrupa desired lord as son. Lord again asked Manu, think once again if you want more, then Manu requested God " Plz bless me! after your birth as my son,we share eternal love that of a father and son,
doesnt matter if others call me mad"
Lord agreed the same. According to some astrologers, In Ramjis horo, grah(planets) are placed in such a way
that effect Father son relationship, both dont maintain good relationshp with each other, quarrels and disputes predicted but by lords grace and Ramjis nature this bad effect of 4th house grah didnt worked.

Once Mother Kaushalya left baby Ramji sleeping and went to see her daily routine kitchen management.
then when she was returning back to Ramji, on the way she checked Puja room as all mothers do and saw baby Ram near Lord vishnus statue eating prasad offered by her in the morning. She thot how is it possible, Ramji was very young at that time couldnt walk nor crawl.
She rushed the place where she left Ramji sleeping, there she saw baby Ram still sleeping She again rushed towards puja room and was surprise to see Ramji eating.
She prayed lord whats happening? Then there Lord Ram showed his VIRAT ROOP to mother kaushalya, later she requested lord be my son never repeat this roop infront of me , always be my son.
LIke today we all knew about kalki avatar, same way they all knew about Ramjis avatar.
This is why nishadraj, all rishis, praja everyone address ramji as god (prabhu)
but Ramji never accepted this fact, he always say" dont call me God, I m a common man"

acc to Valmiki Ramayan Sumantra suggested dashrath of Shring rishi and putra kameshthi yagya. He got all this from some veda where Ramji story was mentioned.

its for welfare of all the mankind that god makes us forget and he himself forgets that he is GOd in his incarnation.
there is also a philosophical significance to it:

HIndus beleive that we all are GOD. taht the supreme being reside in all of us. but we are besotted by his MAYA and forget that and do our duty to HIs creation Masterpiece. when we come to know of our real self, we no longer can stay here, we define ourselves and unite with our one TRue self. so very naturallyKaushlay and dasarath would forget that Ram is GOD incarnated. even ram willrealsise it , realise his own true self only before his final departure.
