JAI SHRI RAM,
friends,as u all know,lakshman ji is an epitome of sacrifice in RAMAYAN.he is the eternal patner of bhagwan ramchandra ji in the divine play.he sacrificed his home,his wife,his very life for ram ji.he looked upon shri ram as his god.
while,living for the exile,he touched the feet of his mother ,sumitra devi.she instructed him took upon ram ji as his father and seeta devi as his mother.lakshman ji followed her instructions.
he saw the image of his mother in seeta devi and seeta devi ,too showed motherly affection to him.in some versions of ramayan,it is shown that lakshman ji didn't sleep during the nights so as to protect ram ji and seeta ji.
he chopped the nose of that evil soorpnakha when she attacked seeta ji.after seeta ji was taken way by ravan, ram ji met the monkeys(vanaras) and they showed him seeta ji's jewels.ram ji was overwhelmed with grief and the jewels brought the suffering of seeta ji in his eyes.so,asked lakshman ji to see if the jewels were seea ji's or not.lakshman ji saw a pair of anklets and sais"these belong to her,no doubt about it.this i know ,for i've often seen them while toucing her feet for worship.the others ,i am not familiar with becoz i haven't intended to look at them so closely".
so was his respect for seeta ji.his devotion,his divine qualities,adorable looks,devotion and surrenderance made him the ideal brother of "maryada purushohottam ram".his wife,urmila ji,took care of his family in his absence and suffered separation from him for 14 years of exile.after,ram ji and seeta ji,lakshman ji and hanuman ji r the most prominent charecters ,rt? what do u think?
