Part1:

The episode kicks off where it left yesterday. In th depths of night, Lav and Kush tried to find the necessary medicine and the other child from the hermitage scares them. However he soon falls from tree when they throw stones at his direction. Then feeling remorse , he leads them to the right direction from where they can find the medicine.

Then all three of them return.

Back , malini is not of good health. Sita and other ladies are trying to nurse her.

Finally the medicine takes its effects and she opens her eyes. Soon after she can get up. Another lady tells her how Lav and Kush dared the night to go and get medicine for her. She is happy and blesses them a lot.

Sita says , its all due to her blessings that they r so good. Then malini smiles and says , may they be as dedicated to serve and save others as Hanuman.

Then the children ask mailini who hanuman was. Malini narrates the story of hanuman to them.

As malini is describing the life of hanuman, sita is lost in thoughts of past. Fist she remembers how hanuman met her in Ashokvatika and gave her the first ray of hope.

She also tells them how hanuman was brave and strong, his first flight towards the sun, how he lit fires in lanka, how he gave sita rays of hope, how he brought the mountain alone, how she tore open his chest to show Ram and sita there. And all the while sita sat and listened, teary eyed to the stories of her most faithful servant and companion.

Finally as the boys doze off, they lay them to sleep.

Part2:

Sita is really worried about her sons. She calls kush but no one responds, so she sets out to look where these two have suddenly vanished.

Lav and Kush have chosen to entertain the people of the asrama by their hanuman act. Both have dresses like hanuman, with long tails and with fake weapons are displaying fights. Every one in asrama seem to enoy it and after a while even father Valmiki comes to join them. Finally after searching for them for a long time, Sita reaches where they are.

Even she enjoys their act. Soon they finish and come running to her. She is happ to see them. After some childlike banter, they ask Sita to tell them stories of hanuman. Since today is the day Hanuman was born, Sita happily agrees.

She narrates them a story that goes as follows

When hanuman crosses the ocean to reach lanka, he met a saint. He claimed hanuman can never enter lanka as he is just an ordinary monkey. Then he challenged him with the test of strength. He said if hanuman can lift a lotus from a dangerous lake, he will be sure that hanuman can break into Lanka.

Hanuman goes to retrieve the lotus. The moment he touches it, he is drowned by some magical force.

Part3:

Hanuman descends in a deadly cave and even from there he sees a ray of light. Uttering Shree Ram's name, he breaks open up in the ground . the saint is impressed but still challenges hanuman. It seems he is the guard to Lankas entrance and is a powerful servant of Ravan. Hanuman can only go in after defeating and killing him.

After a deadly fight, hanuman disarms the Guard with his tail, and with his tail binds him, thrashes him and finally breaks his throat.

Even the Gods from heaven watch it as well as saints. They all praise him and throw flower at him.

Then hanuman, standing is his winning posture shows himself. He shows that he is nothing but a manifestation of Lord Shiva and also lord Vishnu.

Everyone sings his praise.
