A highly emotional Ram bids adieu to his associates wishing them a pleasant safe journey.
The Vanars along with Vibhishan, Jambvant leave the royal palace with a heavy heart, Hanuman ,teary eyed follows them at a slow pace. Sita is very sad and remarks to Ram that the Hanuman who was ever ready to follow Ram's instructions , who always volunteered to complete a given task was lagging today when it came to take a leave, why doesn't he (Ram) allow them stay for a few more days?. Ram replies that he too felt the same but at the same time he didn't want to stop all his friends thus separating them from their family members ,their kingdom and from their duties and thaey will keep their memories alive and be happy.Sita is very sad hearing this.
Hanuman with eyes full of tears looks back towards Ram and Sita and runs towards Ram saying Prabhu!! Ram too reciprocates and warmly embraces Hanuman both are in tears thinking of separation.😭😭😭
Hanuman requests that he be with his Prabhu Ram and Mata Sita and he'll be with them whatever may.
Ram pleasingly agrees and asks Hanuman to take permission from King Sugriv. Hanuman is ecstatic!! and chants Jai Shrii Ram!! Sita too happily wipes her tears😊
The next scene is at Valmiki ashram where Bramharshi Valmiki is very thoughtful and writes verses of Ram katha through his tap shakti.
Ramayan Siya-Ram ki gatha param-pavitra sugavi utare patra par manas pat ke chitra
Ho aagat drishya ka antar gyani likhte jaa rahe ram kahani bhar gaye kar unka naam
Valmiki kavivar ko pranam.
This Ramayan is a story of Sita-Ram, most pure ; The foremost of Sages prints the incidents of Ram-katha which he forsees and picturizes in his ascetic mind
The scene now moves at Sahyadri where Karkati's father is addressing his soldiers that Ayodhya prince Ram had slayed Lankeshwar Ravan and his brave brother Kumbhakarna and today they all have gathered to reach at a consensus how Ram could be defeated.
At this a soldier remarks that Ram was not an ordinary human being and his army of vanars and bears had routed Lankan soldiers. Karkati is so enraged hearing this and snubs them that they were extolling Ram beyond his capacity. A minister gets up and tells Karkati that the soldiers were right and that Ram really wasn't an ordinary human being and they should wait for an appropriate time to strike Ayodhya and Ram. Karkati's father agrees to his minister's proposal. Karkati is angrier this time, she even snubs her father saying that he didn't deserve to be her father. Karkata is taken aback hearing this and asks Karkati to think and act. Karkati is in no mood to listen and vows to punish Ram by asking help from Lavanasur who was a maternal cousin of Ravan and a very brave warrior.
The cry of her infant makes Karkati stop and reduces her to tears , she goes to her baby and says that she, was going to avenge the death of his father. She takes a promise from her mother that she would sow the seeds of revenge in the baby and groom him with inspiring stories of Kumbhakrana's bravery.
Karkati's father is moved to see this and assures that he will help her in her resolve and instructs his minister/Amatya that he should immediately take flight to inform Lavanasur that Kumbhkarna's wife Karkati's arrival.
Bharat enters the room and formally asks them to accept the gifts as a token of love from Ayodhya.
Sugriv requests Bhharat that they be allowed to meet Ram once ,before taking a leave. Bharat hesitatingly replies that Ram was sad since yesterday and he had locked himself in his room and not met anybody. Angad , hearing this, is very sad and leaves the gathering.
Hanuman comes and requests Sugriv that he should promise him that whatever he asks shouldn't be denied. Sugriv assures him that his wish would be fulfilled. Hanuman asks that he be at Ayodhya and serve his prabhu Shri Ram. Sugriv replies that it was Hanuman, the one who helped Sugriv meet Ram and thus had found bliss. He can be at Ayodhya and serve prabhu Shri Ram but at the same time he should remind Ram that in Kishkindha he had a humble devout servant Sugriv ever remembering him. Hanuman assures that Ram would never forget Sugriv since he (sugriv) resided in Ram's heart, saying thus Hanuman and Sugriv embrace each other.
Meanwhile Angad visits Ram who is very sad and teary eyed. Angad touches Ram's feet and cries saying that Ram should allow him to be in his vicinity but Ram makes him understand that duties were paramount for every human being and they were an ultimate test of disciple which he has to abide . Angad, listening to Ram's words, takes a leave teary eyed.
Episode ends on the sad tearful Ram.😔
