oh yyes..i always had this doubt..infact i was discussing with piu once..how come they dont have moustache /beard or really really long hair.

once some one had posted about ram,lakshman and sita returning to ayodhaya ...and their description was exactly like sadhus ..with long beard moustache..soiled clothes..i chose to believe that in reality their appearance would have been lot different than what is being portrayed in all shows,pictures etc...and if not, may be they had some means to groom themselves ..living in forest for so many years...they surely can come up with some way..u never know..

i was wondering..why they were travelling all the way down to south...why dint they stayed at one place... btw today's epi gave slightest hint that they were asked to move from one place..but still they seem to be a lot travelling..especially towards south...

and i remember reading they had actually done penance at one place..i think "tapovan" for 12 years...and in the last year only sita got abducted...ahh never mind am messed up..blame it on my ignorance of the details of the scriptures

I read that after 12years a Sage named Agasthya arrived at their place and asked them to move South!.i.e knowing who they are he wanted them to encounter the demons in the Southern direction!
