What do you bet that all the things in the house that have been sold already were all bought by Raunak's agents...she already knows abt the auction na, didn't Ruchi say it was advertised in the papers....and I'm sure the person who buys the house will be her agent too...but she will not show her face in front of Shekhar so soon. 😔 Otherwise why didn't she run back and give him a hug 😃 when she saw him with Radha.....that way Madhu di won't have to call Ram Kapoor something something in KS forum! 😛

As per the precap Varun was talking something like nobody can stop me from taking my mother to US and if Radha wants to stop me then I will file a case against her😕...so this clearly indicates that the house is already sold😲..

So obviously it has to Raunak's agent or someone who had done the highest bidding to get the house but mayb the family members r still unaware of Raunak's presence😉😛..

One more thing is when Radha asks for a lift to the driver,he refuses and only when Radha tells that she wants to go the Roshan Villa in Juhu,that time Raunak opens her car window and agrees to give her a lift😉😛...this clearly indicates that she has full knowledge of whats going on in Roshan villa😃
