The word "Tarkaari" can be used for "vegetables" in general, just like the word "sabzi", and it can also be used to mean "cooked vegetables". I think Kritida is using it in these ways in the show - she meant "vegetables" when she told the people "tarkaari le aoo" ("bring the vegetables"), and she wants Baldevi to cook the vegetables/make "cooked vegetables" when she told her "tarkaari hi banaa dena".

In some places "tarkaari" is also used like the English word "curry" to describe that food (vegetables or anything else) is cooked like that. For example, chicken curry might be called "chicken tarkaari" or "murgi ke tarkaari", and potato curry might be described as "aloo tarkaari" or "aloo ke tarkaari".

Hehe, in one show (Vighnaharta Ganesh) Basant is playing Taarkaari and in the other one (RadhaKrishna) he is playing with tarkaari (vegetables)!!!🤣🤣🤣
I was so waiting for this!

[Taarkaari (or Taadkaari) is another name for Kartikeya because he is the killer of Tarkasur.]

(EDITED a bit to make my explanation more clear.)

No worries, Aarti! I have edited my original explanation to make it a bit clearer since you quoted it. What did you think of my joke? 😆

Baldevi's kitchen scene was so cute and funny! 😊
I wonder if Dhama (Radha's brother) will come to the kitchen to "help" now!

@Aarti - thanks for liking my sense of humour! 😃 I'm sure you are funny in your own way - we're all just different, and I'm a bit zanier than most at times. I'm another one of those reserved people who apparently have wicked senses of humour! 😉

I forgot to say this before: Everyone...
Happy 3-month Pehelwaan Nritya 'anniversary', everyone! 😆 (19 January 2019)

Can you imagine if Baldevi was asked (or made) to dance by Dhama (Radha's brother) and started doing the pehelwaan nritya again? 🤣 I'm laughing so hard imagining that! 🤣

^Sorry to jump in but it'll be SUCH a treat right! Maybe he can do it right after Vyomasur is killed?
