Genre or budget of a show hardly matters. It should have a tight, well-written script and a concept that audiences can relate to. I agree they mostly still opt for saas-bahu dramas, which is why I am rather cynical when it comes to the choices of the TRP audiences, but there are other shows which have managed to strike the chord and got good TRPs like TMKOC, IPKKND, Mahadev and EHMMBH, to name just a few. So turning this into saas-bahu saga will not guarantee TRPs till the audiences can connect with it. I really wonder what went wrong with Jay Mehta's team this time. He's given us some beautifully written shows in the past like Aandhi, Sindoor, etc.

As far as Suku and quitting goes, the day she feels her character isn't being treated right, she'll quit. For her, nothing comes over and above job-satisfaction. Besides, I really can't connect with Jazz-Ranveer or Sahiba-Daljeet. Not that I am really empathetic towards them, but I do want Ranveer-Sahiba to reunite.

I totally second you and the main problem of the show is poor characterization. you know I saw comments in FB about Sahiba that jiss show mein male female dono leads cheater hai us show ka kya hoga 😆 and right now they are rushing the tracks only because they needed to end the London scheduled shooting which is over.😆
the characterization is very poor and I can confidently say Im a way better writer than the CVs of the show 😛 I also cant connect with them.. but atleast in the beginning I liked Jazz character because she was grey but now its not even explained why she is like this so I lost all my interest. I understand your feelings and I hope they work on the storyline so explain the actions of the characters 😊

The show lacks majorly in the writing department, which is the most important aspect of any show. I never liked any character, tbh, not even Jazz. Ranbeer was fine in the beginning but his character went downhill later and how. Anyway, I was never a regular follower of the show except certain glimpses here and there and from what I gather, I am missing nothing. The screenplay is weak to the extent of being disappointing!

Tanzie, now Ranveer and Jazz are engaged. And the CVs are planning to make Ranveer crash Daljeet'sahiba's wedding and take Sahiba with him😕. Where does Jazz fit into all this? Will Sahiba choose Daljeet and Ranveer will go back to Jazz and win her back??

What confused me in today's epi was how desperate Jazz was to marry Ranveer😕. What is happening? What happened to Jazz?

Anji, I think im right that since they have to end the London track for now they are rushing everything. but i guess they ddint realize how they butchered some characters for it. next week will decide I guess.. have patience

Btw if Jazz is supposed to have been born n raised in UK than why does she have such a strong Fobbish accent?
