PART-13It has been two days since Zoya came in Khan Mansion when she had been discharged from hospital after a whole month.When she was discharged, she did not want to go Asad's home but Dilshad did not listen her and brought her home and promised Zoya that she will not talk about anything related to past untill she herself desire to talk.Zoya sat in her room where everything is on its place as she kept in childhood and seeing it she could not help but remember the happy memories in this room where she spent her nights hearing fairy tales from Dost.She was sitting on her bed with the photo frame of Rashid who was smiling at the camera.Zoya clutches his photo and cried"aap humein chod kar kyun chale gaye dost,i miss you so much".She shivered when she recalled Rashid's death and her life in Siddqi Mansion.
Flashback start A broken Zoya came with her father to his house,Razia welcomed her warmly but Zoya was not excited a bit even.Her ears were ringing with Asad's hateful words.She left the house not because Gaffour came to take her back but because her Ashu did not want to see her face and he hates her then how could she live there knowing that the person who is more precious to her hates her.She sat on the floor in her room given by her father and cried for her loss.She lost everyone who was her own and had been sitting there with strangers whom she never met before.
One month passed but there was no change in Zoya's situation.She often sits in her room.She never come out of her room and cried day and night in her room.She eat very less ,just sat motionlessly sometimes and stared out of window.Gaffour and Razia were happy to see that she never said once that she wanted to go back in Khan Mansion.
One day Razia and Gaffour were talking about the papers"Accha hua jo Zoya ne wapis jaane zidd nahi ki"Razia started."Humein acche se pata tha ke Rashid ke intekal ke baad sab bikher jaayega aur tab hi hum apne maqsad mein kaamyab honge issliye toh Rashid ka accident iss tarah karwaya ke kissi ko shak na ho;hum usse marna nahi chahte the lekin ussne humein mazboor kar diya,Zoya ki custody chodne ko tyaar nahi tha toh apni jaan se haath dho baitha"Gaffour proudly said but he stopped hearing a sob ,when he turned towards the owner of sob and got big shock ,there stood Zoya who came to fetch water heard everything and before she could stop herself a sob escaped from her mouth.Gaffour and Razia were shocked to see her there;they had thought that she will not come out of her room."Zoya beta.."Gaffour started but interupted by Zoya's scream "YOU KILLED DOST,YOU KILLED MY PROTECTOR;I WILL NOT LEAVE BOTH OF YOU,I WILL TELL EVERYONE THAT YOU ARE MURDERER"saying this she turned to go but held by Razia."Tumhe kya laga ke hum tumhe apni mehnat par paani firne denge,agar aisa hi karna hota toh tumhe yahan kyun laate;woh Rashid hamare raah mein aaya tha usska kya haal kiya tha dekha hai na tumne,aur agar usska yeh haal kar sakte hai toh socho Asad ka kya haal ho sakta hai"Razia smirked seeing her words effected Zoya.Razia left her there as she knew that Zoya would not dare to go out because for her Khans are more important especially Asad.Zoya fell down on the floor and cursed her fate.She blamed herself for Rashid's death."If she has not come into Khans' life then her Dost would be alive today", thought Zoya.Now she cannot even go from there because these cruel people will not take a minute to kill Asad and she cannot take risk of Asad's life.She felt so helpless at that moment.From this moment her life turned into Hell and she was forced to live the life which she never thoght of.
After two years Tanveer,Razia and Gaffour's daughter came back from abroad.She was spoilt brat and with her entry,Zoya's life became more miserable than before.Tanveer used to do mistakes and blamed Zoya as always.One day Zoya was washing clothes and seeing her busy Tanveer secertly ruined Razia's duppata with ink and when Razia got to know about it ,instead saying anything to her dearest daughter started to beat Zoya mercilessly."Maine kuch nahi kiya please chod dijiye muje,mai sacch bol rahi hoon ye sab Tannu ne kiya hai"pleaded Zoya bit her pleads turned to deaf ears.
At night Zoya was sitting on the bed and cried silently.There was no Dost no Ashu whome she could share her pain.She had no more strength to bear the pain and she did the only thing which could make her free from all miseries,she cut her wrist and at that time she uttered just one word,"Ashuu"saying this she black out.
when Zoya did not wake up till late morning,Razia went to her room to give her lecture but as she entered in the room ,she scared to see her unconscious at the floor with blood coming out of her wrist.After coming out of shock she called Gaffour and took her to hospital.They were afraid if something happened to Zoya then they will not be able to get her property.But to their luck she had been saved by doctors.
When Zoya turned twenty one they made her to sign the papers,an already defeated Zoya signed the papers because she lost her family just because of these papers,she was not inerested in anything.But the greedy people had not stopped there,to increase her misery ,they arranged her marriage with Haseena's son,Farhaan .Haseena was always there with Siddqis to torture her,in fact she was the one who encouraged Razia to punish Zoya.Zoya had enough of all torture so she did what she wanted to do from a long time;she ran away from there with just one thing,the bracelet given by her Ashu.
Zoya wandered on roads aimlessly for three days without any food and shelter.She had no idea where to go.Suddenly she came across three drunkers who were giving her lustful looks ;she tried to go away from there but because of weakness she was unable to do that ,she felt diziness on the way but still struggling against the drunkers to get away but their hold was more strong;one of them tried to snatch the braclet and it was the last straw of her patience,with all her strength she pushed him and threw the bottle on his head.Seeing this one of them smashed something hard on thr backside of her head and she lost her consciousness.
Flashback Ends Zoya had no idea how she reached the hospital?How came Dilshad know her whereabout?all questions were running in her mind.She does not remember what after that incident,the last thing she remembere happened d clutching the bracelet in her hands tightly."Bracelet..."whispered Zoya and looked her surrounding and searched for the braclet everywhere but she got nothing;Dilshad who was passing near Zoya's room stopped seeing her.Zoya beta,do you need something?"Woh i am looking for my bracelet"Zoya hesitantly replied."It must be with Asad as he kept everthing when it come you"Dilshad replied casually not realizing what she had uttered in the flow.Zoya looked at her skeptically not understanding her words.Why would Ashu kept her things?thought Zoya.
At night after dinner Asad came to Zoya's room;he knocked and after getting her permission he entered.He slowly took steps towards her but stopped in middle.In past one month since she was in hospital he tried to talk her but she did not give him a chance to explain;today he got little courage to talk her again.As Zoya turned ,she was shocked to see him in her room.She was happy to see him but scared too.What if he again said the same thing like last time,how would she be able to bear the same pain,she was shivering at the possiblties.Asad saw the various emotions were playing on her face and he knew what is going in her mind so before saying anything he forward the bracelet for which she asked to Dilshad.Zoya's face filled with happiness which Asad noticed
Zoya looked at him longingly but said nothing;she came out from trance by asad's question."Will you give statement against Gaffour Siddqi and Razia Siddqi?"Zoya's face paled hearing the name;Asad came near her to console her but she ranted one thing"no no they will not leave me,i shall not go there"seeing her state,Asad made her sit on the bed and asked her to relax,"Don't worry you will not face them"when she did not give any responce Asad held her hands in his and said "Its my promise"Zoya looked at him and then at their joined hands,she does not know what she felt at that moment happy,sad,fearful.She trusted him in past and still trusts him.She wanted to know Asad's feelings towards her because his behaviour was confusing her,it does not seems like he hates her but she is afraid from the answer.She looked at him who was waiting for her reply;she nodded and Asad's face broke into a beautiful smile at the thought that she still trust him.Before he could say something to her,his phone buzzed that reminded him his incomplete work.He went out of the room leaving behind a confused Zoya.
Asad reached at the place where he kept Gaffour and Razia after kidnapping them from their own house. He didn't want to do that but they crossed every limit of his patience; he wanted them to be punished officially but when they tried to kill Zoya, his patience broke. From a month they are on his mercy and he left no point to give them proper treat which they deserved; in month he made their life hell like they did Zoya's. Police thought that they ran from their house because their crimes are out now but Asad wants to give them special treatment which they were getting from a month; electric shock so that no one suspect that they were tortured; being a intelligent businessman he knows well what to do with his enemies." Prasad make them read for their original place and make sure they look fine physically"ordered Asad. He went to them "this is the punishment for torturing my Zoya for long and after this you will get what you truly deserved "and saying this he went from there casually as if nothing happened.
At midnight Asad woke up hearing a scream, startled he ran towards Zoya's room who was breathing heavily, her forehead wet due to sweating profusely .Asad realised that she was having nightmares again, "Zoya" coaxed Asad but she was unaware of everything just ranting "don't do this please, I have not done anything, I am innocent please.. " cried Zoya in her sleep and With her each plead Asad's heart broke into hundreds pieces, not able to bear her in pain her engulfed her in a tight hug saying sweet things to her and after some time he felt her breath got normal, he relaxed, he had no heart to let her go though even in sleep So he adjusted himself in a sitting position at her bed with her in his arms and coaxed her to sleep peacefully.
