At night gaffur had came to meet the newly wedded couple though it didn't seem like they were newlyweds cuz of the bond they shared it looked like they have been married for years.
The food was delicious both asad and gaffur couldn't stop praising even during having their food. At dinner table with a lot of difficulties zoya had controlled herself from laughing cuz both the men were eating their food like they haven't since ages and the sight was kinda funny but at the same she couldn't help but feel bad for them. After they had their dinner zoya was going to pick up the plates but Asad stopped her.
"Zoya you have been preparing the dinner since evening now go and have some rest I'll keep them "
" Asad it's just the dishes I can keep them "
" Zoya I said I'll do that now you go"
" he's right zoya you should rest as much as you can it's been just 1 week you have been discharged "
" okay okay I m going... asalam Walaykum abbu "
" Walekum salam beta "
" Ummm zoya ... don't sleep okay "
Hearing this zoya's eyes widened and she glared at him on the other hand gaffur chuckled at this. When he looked zoya was glaring at him he quickly covered his sentence.
"Wo I mean tomorrow you are going to join the hospital so I need to explain you few things that's why "
" okay "
She went upstairs towards their room. Now asad and gaffur were sitting alone in the living room.
"You know what asad till now I used to think that zoya is lucky to have you but now I realised that you're the lucky one here"
Asad chuckled and nodded in a yes
"I told you na abbu that once you meet zoya you'll get to know that who is actually lucky one between us"
" She loves you a lot "
"I know but not more than I love her no one can love anyone as much as I love her "
Gaffur chuckled and nodded in a yes
" Agreed young man "
Coming straight to business gaffur asked
" So when are you going to check the weapons tomorrow "
"Weapons?????"
" Weapons asad which were going to be delivered tomorrow "
" oh yeah I am sorry abbu it just escaped my mind I'll inform you tomorrow about it "
"I hope it's for the first and last time asad cuz at this crucial time we can't afford even a slight mistake "
" Don't worry abbu it won't happen again "
" Why can't I believe your words asad? Why do I feel its just the start?"
" But it's not."
" Tell me one thing asad what are you going to do if she comes to know the truth "

He whispered in a dangerous tone that for a moment even gaffur got scared. He (gaffur) knew that asad loves zoya but evertime he talks about zoya it feels like zoya is much more than his love she's his obsession, his need his Junoon.And the fact scared him not for zoya but for himself for his mission he can't lose asad especially cuz of zoya.
Asad knew if zoya came to know about his truth she'll and he can't bear that. He doesn't even want to imagine her hating him the thought itself is enough to give shivers down his spine.
"I am sorry asad to bring such kind of topic but I can't help it asad since the time zoya has got her conciousness back I have been noticing that you are not paying your attention towards our mission and today when you forgot about the weapons I couldn't help but feel that you are giving more importance to her than our mission "
" Abbu she is important to me than this mission she is reason why I joined you guys. She is above anything to me even above our mission. "
"So my fear was right that you'll bring her between you and this mission"
" No I will not do this abbu why will I do this "
" I can see this is already happening asad "
"You're misunderstanding the things abbu I agree I m paying more attention towards zoya right now but that's cuz I have gotten her back after two damn years and she needs me. After she joins her work she'll be busy and things will be back to normal "
" I hope what you are saying is right cuz I m not going to risk my mission at any cost. And if your wife comes in the way of our mission then I'll have to do what I don't want to. I hope you know what I mean. "
Asad knew what he meant by "I'll have to do what I don't want to " he meant that he'll kill zoya. How the hell did he even dared to think like that. To say he was enraged would be an understatement no one can even think of hurting her.
"Don't. You. Dare. To. Even. Think. Anything. Like.That. Mr Gaffur Siddique"
Asad grabbed his neck and said that but again in a dangerous tone but this time it didn't scared gaffur. Instead he too held his neck in equally tight grip. This made asad realise what he was doing so he loosened his grip on gaffur's neck so did gaffur.
" I...I am sorry abbu i shouldn't have done that but I can't take it if anyone says anything against zoya and you, how can you even think anything like that I have already told you that I won't let her come in the way of our mission still you... "
"Nothing is important to me than this mission asad not zoya and not even you. I love you as my son but still this mission is my first priority. Just promise me that you won't let her come in between our mission "
" I promise I won't let her come between our mission "
" You better don't "
Saying so gaffur left from his house and asad went straight towards their room feeling scared for zoya he needs to make sure that she's fine now. Just as he closed the door of the room he felt zoya hugging him from behind.
"Took you so long "
He turned towards her and took her lips into an urgent kiss. Zoya felt something was wrong in the way he was kissing her. This time it was as passionate as usual but this time it felt urgent and needy it felt he needs to feel her presence ,he needs to feel that she's here with him ALIVE. She broke the kiss, cupped his face with both her palms and placed a lingering kiss on his temple.
" I am here asad with you always. Here feel this "
She took his hands in hers and placed it on her heart.
"Can you feel it , its beating... you know why cuz you are here with me, for me and I know till you are there for me nothing can dare to even touch me. Now tell me what's wrong did abbu said anything "
"We were talking zoya and somehow I remembered 'That Day' ... It still haunts me zoya promise me you'll never leave me cuz this time I'll die if ..."
She kissed him to stop him from speaking any further.
Soon he deepened the kiss and broke it cuz of the need of oxygen
She knew 'That Day' still haunts him the day when both of them lost their everything. 2 years has passed to 'That Day' but still it feels like all that has happened yesterday only. It's difficult for both of them to overcome it especially for asad he actually had lost his everything that day she can't even imagine how he would have spent 2 years without her when the fact was that his days never started without listening her voice. Worst part was starting his each day with a hope that she'll wake up and ending his day by killing that hope everyday. She cant and don't wanna imagine what he had gone through cuz she knew she won't have been that strong she would have killed herself till now. .
" Let me love you zoya I need to love you I need you please "
He pleaded her
She again kissed him lightly giving him the sign of approval. He took the sign and carried her towards their bed. For the first time zoya has felt fear and urgency in asad's love making. Fear that he'll lose her and urgency to feel her presence but why was he so scared. He has already told her the reason that he again remembered 'That day' but she dunno why felt that there's much more than what asad has told her sure enough 'That Day' was bothering him but there's something more than that does it has anything to do with asad's abbu. Maybe he must have brought that topic that's why he's bothered. Maybe she's thinking too much but she can't help it she can't see asad like this. And She didn't knew why but somewhere she wasn't getting good vibes with asad's abbu.
3 months later
To say life is a fairytale couldn't have been more apt for zoya especially when you have prince charming husband like asad life can't be more perfect . Her days started in his arms, her nights ended in his arms and rest of the times well they both were busy doctors. But during this time she can't help but miss him like hell especially when he goes see his patient who lives somewhere at the outskirts of the city. And today too he was going to meet him and again she's going to miss him.
They both were in his cabin, she had came there to meet him while he had already completed last minute works and was ready to leave.
" Asad why don't you advise your patient to get admitted here. I mean everyone's here to take care of him like nurses you and other staffs too. Why do you have to specially go there to see him or her whatever. I can't even get a glimpse of you the whole day."
She complained asad with a cute pout on her face. To which can't help but place a smooching kiss on her pout. He wounded both his arms around her waist and started placing kisses on her face and neck.
" So my wife is going to miss me"
He said moving down towards upper exposed part of her breast.
" Like hell"
She said with a lot of difficulty. She bit her lips to stop herself from moaning but somehow it escaped from her mouth. As he heard her moan he stopped his torture on her they both looked each other dazed.
" God zoya you're turning me on trust me if I didn't had to go to meet my patient I would have taken you here only "
She wound her arms around his neck and whispered seductively in his ears
" Then who's stopping you ."
" Zoya stop torturing me you know I lose all my self control around you. "
" Then lose and moreover making love in the hospital seems quite adventurous isn't it "
"Don't make it difficult to me zoya it's really important. And why on earth do you get such ideas on such days only. The other days you always scold me for even kissing you."
She bit her lips she has no answer for this the fact is that she misses his stolen kisses and his touches in lifts, in his cabin etc. This is the only way she could stop him from going there and some times it had worked too.
" I don't get these ideas on such days only and if you dont want to work on it then your loss offer was valid only for today. You have to meet your patient na so fine gooo "
"Sorry Jaan "
"You're so annoying "
"And your annoying husband loves you "
"Aren't you getting late"

She unwound her arms from his neck and said completely annoyed with that patient.
" Don't worry wifey night is still left you can torture me as much as you want "
Listening this a mischievous smile spread on her face which were a kind of red alert to asad. He knew now he's gone cuz something very dangerous is going on that devil mind of hers.
" Ahem zoya those words just escaped my mouth I didn't meant that really "
"No asad there's no chance for your escape now. So I m allowed to torture you as much as I want so Mr Asad Ahmed Khan today you're going to sleep on the the couch of living room "
Damn this is worse than what he has thought how's going to sleep without makin love to her
"Nooo you can't do this zoya how am I going to sleep jaan"
" I m doing this only and how are you going to sleep well that's your problem "
" Jaan please you know na I can't sleep without you by my side "
"It won't work today every week when you go to meet that patient of yours I have to spend my whole day without even a glimpse of yours do you have any idea how much I miss you so its time for payback today you are going to sleep on couch only that's final and I think you're getting late now go"

"You know if you stay here even for a minute then you'll have to sleep on couch every week you go there "

Giving a quick peck on her lips he left from there quickly. As he left from there she broke fits of laughter his face was worth watching when she said he'll have to sleep on couch. Well its going to be difficult for both of them cuz she too can't sleep without makin love with him but he needs to taste his own medicine and she won't give up ummm hopefully. It's going to be a pure torture for both of them. She was so lost in her own world didn't noticed someone is knocking the door of his cabin. Finally giving up that person came inside the cabin. She somehow heard the click of the door and become alert.
" Samaira you scared me"
" Well it's you who scared me I have been knocking the door for approximately ten minutes where were you so lost that you didn't heard the knock"
"Nothing yaar I was just thinking something and yeah asad just left to meet his oh so special patient did you had some work with him"
"No yaar I came here to meet you I saw him going outside he looked grumpy did you guys fought over something. I thought you must be here only so I came here"
"Well we didn't fought it's just that I have punished him that he'll have to sleep on couch tonight "
"Ouch that explains his mood "
" I m fed up with his patient yaar from past 3 months I have been observing that once in every week he has to meet him sometime I feel that it's not his patient but his second wife"
"Well zoya are you sure it's him not her"
"What the hell Samaira that second wife thing just escaped my mouth I didn't mean that and moreover I know asad he can never betray me"
"No no no you are taking me all wrong I mean to say that maybe this patient is some lady who wants Dr khan's attention don't mind zoya but Dr khan is so kind and ofcourse he's handsome hot"
"Ahem its my husband we're talking about "
"Sorry so where was I yeah Dr khan so all in all he's perfect any girl would want such a guy. And I have seen in many daily soaps I have seen that vamps traps male leads like this only. You need to save your suhaag zoya "
" You're scaring me Samaira what to do now"
"Shit man I forgot I came here to tell you that next week I have got duty to treat some patients at outskirts of city so if you want you can come with me to surprise him and meet this unknown soutan of yours and don't worry I'll take the permission"

"Anytime babe now I need to go now so much is pending now if I didn't completed it on time then your amazing husband will pin me inside the wall"

At night both were at and according to zoya's punishment asad was sleeping well not sleeping trying to sleep on the couch but sleep was far away from his eyes he couldn't sleep without zoya. Same was with zoya she too couldn't sleep without him but reasons were different Samaira's words were ringing in her ears. What if she was right what if someone is actually trying to trap asad at hospital too many girls throw herself on him but he didn't paid attention to them well she trust asad but she can't trust these girls. And his patient is already messing up with her mind from the time she has known that asad goes to meet him or her every week and no one including her too knows who the hell is that patient. Gawwwd does she really needs to save her suhaag is it really in danger. Frustrated she got up from bed and went straight to living room where asad was. He immediately closed his eyes pretendin to as he is asleep as he saw zoya coming towards. Zoya very well knew that he is just pretending that he is asleep cuz she knew he too can't sleep without her. She went straight towards him and settled herself on couch hovering over him. No matter how hard he tried but he couldn't stop himself from grabbing zoya from waist and pulling her more towards himself. She smirks and leans down pecking his soft lips before taking his bottom lip between her teeth. And one thing leads to another rest you know.
"Whoa what was that I never knew that my sweet innocent can be so wild."
"Shut up I am still angry with you "she smacked him still completely cuddled with him after their amazing love making session.
"Well then I love your angry self"
"So mean btw who is this oh so special patient of yours"
"Zoya you're stuck on him"
"Him... so it's not a girl thank god Samaira scared me saying my suhaag is in danger"
"What the... zoya that girl is stupid you came in her words I can't believe this tell me everything what she filled your mind with"
She told him everything about what happened between her and Samaira listening which asad couldn't hold himself from breaking into fits of laughter.
"You know for the first time Samaira had done a good job I think you should spend some more time with her so that she can fill your mind with her stupidity and I'll be rewarded like this "
"You're so full of yourself na just sleep now"
"Yeah now I can sleep properly"
Next day Samaira came running towards zoya looking completely scared it seem like she has seen some ghost.
"Zoya zoya save me plz"
"Whoa what happened Samaira why are you so scared "
"Zoya wo Dr khan "
"Now what did he do"
"He... He Smiled At me... me can you believe that I am sure something is cooking up in his mind and that's gonna be dangerous really dangerous to me. So I m running from him save me hide me just do something zoya only you can save me "
"Calm down Samaira he won't do anything trust me"
"Then why the hell did he smiled at me all the times he looks me like he's gonna eat me alive and today for the first time he smiled at me. Trust me zoya it's a red alert"
"He won't it's just that I told him everything about our convo ,my frustration cuz of that and in frustration we..."
She bit her tongue and stopped herself from saying anything further. What the hell was she going to say she thought. But it was enough for Samaira to understand what she was going say.
"Wo... Samaira... I mean... wo I wanted to say. ..."
"That you guys had amazing make up s** together . That explains Dr khan's mood and here I was running from him. Well he owes me big treat ;) I think I should ask him for my holidays"
" Shut up Samaira it's nothing like that." *blush*

"I hope you didn't told him about your surprise visit to his patient"
"I didn't told him but that's not needed cuz he's going there today on behalf of next week sooo"
"Oh poor you and me too I thought I would tease Dr khan endlessly today but... never mind. I should get going now zoya I have to meet Dr singh"
"Oh I too am going to meet her come let's go together "
"Dr singh but why do you need to meet her ?????"

"I am perfectly fine Samaira actually they are my pregnancy reports." She was blushing profusely while saying that aloud no one had any idea about her pregnancy not even asad. She wanted to first confirm that and then surprise him.
"OMGGG zoya you're pregnant wooowww I m Sooo happy for you guys "
"Shhh Samaira it's not confirmed yet"
" okay let's go then I can't wait any longer "
She smiled seeing the excitement on Samaira's face. She too was excited but was scared too what if reports were negative and Samaira's exciting face scared her a bit more she too will become upset if report were negative. They went to meet Dr singh she congratulated zoya and told them that reports were positive zoya is pregnant. Hearing that their excitement knew no bounds especially Samaira's she was literally doing happy dance but zoya somehow controlled her but how could she control herself. She needed to tell this to asad but its time for him to leave to meet that patient. Maybe he hadn't left till now she can't wait she has to surprise asad now she can't wait till night. She went straight towards asad's cabin but found it empty but as she turned to leave she saw him going towards hospital's exit. She called his name but he didn't heard her she tried to call him but he has shut his mobile. Finally she ran towards him but by that time he has already left having no other choice she decided to follow him. Little did she know that its going to turn her fairytale life into a nightmare...
