i never thought i'll make a post in fazool hai forum bt i cant help it bcoz of cv's many people have misunderstood what actually HALALA nikaah is...
First of all halala cannot be planned..the main purpose of halala is to not let men treat objectify women nd treat women as object bt i think mahira ko koi problem nahi hai...
The relevant point here is
that a Halala cannot be planned in advance,
as a Nikah between her and the second
husband with an understanding of a
divorce afterwards will not be valid. If she
does so, it will be an illegitimate relationship
with the second husband and with the first
husband also with whom she comes to live
after a pre-planned Halala. The Prophet
(Pbuh) has cursed both such men who
perform Halala and for whom Halala is
performed. The second Caliph Hazrat Umar
ruled during his reign that he will punish
with stoning to death, those who perform a
pre-planned Halala. ..its again shariah hence i dont like people tarnishing halala in their so called islamic show...evn thr was a halala nikaah in beintehaa which was nothing bt a sin...BI exceeded expectations at begining bt by its end thy also showed crap..
If thr is a planned halala in QH thn its not sacchi mohabbat bt a heinous crime in the eyes of allah..
