Hey guys! This is my first write on SaHil. It takes place during the months when Sanam comes back to IM and is turned into a servant😭 Enjoy!
Nightmares
"Sanam, no!", Aahil spoke for the millionth time.
"Sanam, listen to me. Stop!". But it was no use. She wouldn't stop. She didn't seem to pay attention at all. The words just bounced right off of her.
Sanam continued to walk through the mansion, with a suitcase in one hand, making her way through the halls. Aahil was behind her, begging her to stop. She was now in the main hall, where the living room stood close and so did the dining room. She was only a limited distance away from the door when she felt a hold on her wrist. Sanam turned around to face him.
"Sanam, you can't leave me like this. You're my life, Sanam. I can't live without you. I need you. I love you so mu-"
" Love? You don't love me", she cut him off and finally spoke up.
" If you love someone, you don't try to ruin all there respect, and turn them into a maid in your own home. If you love someone, you keep at least the smallest bit of trust towards them. If you love someone," she finally spoke in a softer voice'. "you don't accuse them of doing things that they could never do".
Aahil just stood there, paralysed, tears glistening in his eyes.
'' I'm done Aahil. I'm done".
And with that, she turned back around and starting walking to the door. When she reached the door frame she looked back at a now crying Aahil.
"Goodbye...Aahil".
And she walked out the door.
"Sanam!", Aahil almost yelled as he woke up in a shock. He looked around the dark room, and his head turned towards the clock. It was 12:16 AM. The whole thing was a nightmare. A terrible, vivid nightmare. He jumped out of bed, and headed to the only place he wanted to go.
He stood at the door frame of Sanam's bedroom. She was sleeping, peacefully and innocently in the bed, facing him. He slowly made his way to her bed, careful, not to wake her. He kneeled down in front of her, staring at her calm face, lost in thoughts. He carefully brushed her hair behind her ear.
He couldn't understand. Did he do the right thing by turning her into a servant? Was it all a mistake? What if she did leave him?
He shivered at the thoughts.
Without Sanam, he wouldn't be able to survive. She was his everything. His love, his life. But was the dream a message? A message telling him that maybe, Sanam left on his wedding day for a reason. Maybe he should have at least the littlest trust in her. After all, Sanam would never do such a thing without a good reason, right?
He recalled his nightmare.
Maybe It was wrong to let Sanam suffer so much.
He had made a mistake. And he would fix it.
