Lovely analyzation as usual.
One good thing about this story is that it gives both hero and heroine's POV.
We'll get to see Asad's POV in the next chapter...which will reveal why he was looking for Zoya.
You are so right about bullying. What she suffered at home she took out on her peers.
She learned her lesson also. I feel so bad for her.
