Does Vampire have heartbeat?

sorry for stupid questions. but does vampire have heartbeat? if not Azaad can give his heart and he can still be alive? cz i saw on movies they kill vampires by burning , or separating head from body.

i just want Azaad. theres so many illogic n stupid tracks on this shw as well this slot n whole indian tv. so i want him to be retained anyway. may be Gul can shw us Azaad had two heart 🤣 one for Afreen n one for Mahira. he donated the heart tht beats for Afreen 🤣 nw this seems stupidest but not impossible n many other shw would follow tht 🤣 on serious note, i really wnt him to stay n im ready to buy whtevr explanation gul gives us for tht.

No vampires don't have heartbeat but when they love somebody it only beat for them. I just love watching cute sexy vampire love story that's the only reason I start watching QH 4 .but now they killing my Azaad n I can't take it anymore.😭

any possibility he still be alive when he donated his heart?

There might be chances that azaad maybe alive because vampires dont have heart or heartbeat. So the heart can be donsted but azaad maybe alive. Azaad is still a vampire and not a human.
