Yes, I agree...too much confusion regarding who Sahir's mom is??? Don't worry, all will be cleared in the next chapter. Even though Zoya didn't give birth to Sahir, he is still her son. She is the one who raised him.
This is the reason she gets emotional and said toward the end...Sahir is my son...only 'mine'.
