I don't trust this Shaad at all. Even if the promo is misleading and he doesn't shoot Aahil and in fact just sees Sanam and Aahil's wedding picture then I still don't trust him to not keep lying in order to keep Jannat. He's obsessed and delusional and Jannat is too brainless to see it. He can play Jannat like that and he knows it and she'll believe anything he says because she's a bimbo who looks pretty but doesn't ever bother using her brain or thinking for herself so he can pretty much convince her of anything and I think he'll use that to his advantage.
