What happened to her is cruel and the perpetrators need a jail term . But that is hardly your current concern...

I think, you need to do this kind of petition on FB /twitter and also tell people about her city etc...

my blood group does not match .

but if you/her friends/family advertise on more far reaching sites, she will get a donor soon.. Amen
