Minnie I totally get your gripe with Jannat😛...I guess we all have the same issues with her.

Still for me her bimbo type actions and behavior with Shaad does not make her any less a victim here.

Infact Jannat's amnesia and her vacant behavior makes her more akin to a mentally challenged girl falling prey to a sociopath like Shaad and makes the situation more relatable to reality for me. And we all know that mentally challenged and physically challenged girls are more prone to become victims of such exploitative and violative situations.

I know Sanam would not react to Shaad when she learns the truth (whenever that is), but neither Sanam nor Ahils reaction (or lack of action) with regards to what Shaad has done makes it any less a violation and no matter how much cvs try to use Sanam2 to whitewash Shaad it still does not take away what he has already done for 3 months now.

Same goes for whether she feels more/or less a connection with Ahil...For me Shaad/Jannat situation has never been with regards to Sahil and I know it's the same for you too...but I guess I still take this a little more personally...

Haven't started watching the show yet and have no intention of watching,...even stopped making posts these days (tired of having to repeat the same thing over and over and I bet the forum is even more tired of my tirade)... but try as much, and as pathetic as this may sound, I can't stop from keeping tabs on how far they take this Shaad character, which is why I'm still around...

However, now I have made up a new theory to make myself feel better. Off course a mentally challenged woman deserves an asylum..

here's my new theory... according to this Jannat and Shad are faking it😉

do you think Sanam could have chickened a little at the thought of having to 'work' for a living until she finds a family.😆 I think in her heart of hearts she knows she is not really Jannat but nevertheless carries on with the charade, since that is the only way to live in decent luxuries without compromising on self respect! Maybe she realizes Shad is lying, but decides to lie herself coz she can't remember anything about her past family. As soon as Shad's con is out, she will have to move out and start her search. Hard work! these days she likes the A/C and the lavish dresses and takes selfies too.. she won't want to give up good food, dresses, phones, etc.., "

Juhi,...me thinks Seher's soul is somehow also inside Jannat's body...(thus the inconsistency with the soul connection part to Ahil) your theory would fit like a glove if that is the case...😛 Would also explain Jannat's mannerisms too.

Conning for an easy life is Seher...while working hard and doing things the right way (for the vast majority of the time anyways 😉) despite everything is Sanam...

So I'll go with this being Seher if I am to go with your theory...😛
