ok try folloeing MATH uh will understand what i mean ...the track they are showing is proceeding without any character being butchered...all are justifiable in actions but still the story revolving around them is great

I am still saying it from the bottom of my heart that after they butchered sanam atleast there was ahhil whom i loved but now i caant see my fav. character in the shiw being butchered and i mean it

I watched season 1 on and off but season 2 was much better till aher and rahafa crap then sanam 2 and andhi tanveer dominating crap...dharamshala track was my hope but after that i havent enjoyed a single scene as whole

And trust me when they can give such a gud season 2 till twin swap and dharamshala do you think these ppl are not doing it intentionally

They stock forum so they know what pplwant but will still not give. They understand everything but do nothing...useless you see

Addit,

I watch MATH quite now and then. And I do like the fact that EK knows how to treat the woh in a triangle.

However, MATH is predictable...now we all love predictable stuff...and hate nasty surprises.

But MATH has never given me anything like SAhil...It is a nice watch...I love watching Shakti as an actor..apart from that, there is nothing for me to write about.

SAhil on the other hand...I agree it has not ben fluent...But no EK couple has the magic for me. I do feel they will not drag Jannat with Shaad longer. This must be last nail in the coffin...In a matter of two weeks, I feel the story will get clearer...Till then, let us be patient.😳

Additilicious, Michy and Simmy
I'm so with you guys.

Left the show even after KV came back because I just couldn't stomach watching a show that was trivializing such a big issue such as holding a woman captive and making her act like his wife with zero remorse for what he is doing to her and her family not to mention her mental health by denying all her FBs and traumatizing her further.

I watched few scenes of Sahil at the airport and some of their Daramshala track after reading about Ahil's lack of reaction to Shaad.
Believe me knowing how things would ultimately play out, most of it just looks so fake and forced...
There was no point to Sanam feeling all that heightened sense of pull towards Ahil in the airport and early in Daramshala as the minute Sahil met it all fell flat from there onwards.

Lets see if the TRP audience are as understanding as well,

But I sincerely hope this freak triangle kills the show soon enough so no other PH ever tries to portray a woman exploited and violated as the premise to showcase the love story of an average good guy.
ONLY sociopaths does that to a woman and it should be shown as such.
Things are already bad enough for women in society without having some daily show paint a fantasy love story out of the plight of a captive and molested woman, normalizing and trivializing the issue.😡🤢

Ahil has clearly shown his displeasure. For all U know, it might come out in all forms and sizes in the coming week.😉

As of now, he had a yucky nightmare imagining Shaad and Janat sharing the same bed...He was going to take this Janat re- conversion slowly and surely..That was his plan. Because he was sure it'd work. Now that Chudail has butted her tail in, he might change his game plan...No more Mr. Nice Guy...Possibly.😊

Ahi is not thinking it as SAnam being exploited. Thats the whole point. He is only seeing one thing- His Sanam has forgotten him..he doesn't think of exercising his 'rights'...because he probably feels cheated by fate more than SAnams predicament...

In a way, he is not seeing her situation...because he has found her and now will not let her go back...So there is no Q of Sanam being exploited any more in his mind...He is focusing on one pain- SHE FORGOT ME...US...

So once again, I ask what I asked more than two weeks ago now.

Does Aahil care for Sanam? Or does he care about getting Sanam back?

No matter how you try to explain and sugarcoat and gloss over this, it comes down to this. And there's no way to defend this track right now, and by defending Aahil and explaining him it helps none, because it just makes him look worse as is shown @bold.

Does Ahil care for sanam/ No. He cares for only getting her back in his life.
Honestly this has killed it for me. Have stopped watching
Came to the forum to respond to pink's post and saw this one too... All of us are mostly saying what ever we always said and we still continue to argue to change viewpoints😉
..I do hope Shad is publicly shamed for his deplorable act...coz that is what it is.

Agree with SA , Mic, Sim, KK, Mandy...

KK, SA, J,

I think all of U raised the same point.

So I will reply here.
There is no sugarcoating Ahil Raza Ibrahim.
He cannot be sugarcoated- Not meant to be sweet.

Good Q.

Ahil does not know he has to care for Sanam at this point in time. She looks well settled and well provided for...and seems the happiest she has been.

Extracting her out of this heaven- it must look like a selfish task for him.

Is he doing it for Sahil or Ahil? He is definitely not doing this FOR SANAM.

He is not seeing Sanam's POV, because he is still processing whether he is being selfish wanting her back.

When he gets her back- which I hope he will, soon...he could be feeling even more selfish.

Ahil doesn't feel he has to stand up for Sanam's rights.

He has never had to do that. Sanam has always decided for herself...He is trying to get to that Sanam whom he knows will decide in his favour.
I think the point here is that Sanam or Jannat is not an abala naari in Ahil's eyes...

If Ahil himself ends up looking like one, I guess that is how each one perceives.

KK, If U remember from our Shaad Vs Rehaan discussion times and later on, I always felt Ahil would never confront Shaad...THOUGH I WOULD HAVE LOVED THAT- that is because Shaad still has to look very white over a dark Ahil for Jannat... That seemed to be how they wanted the story. Hope it turns out to be that at least.

He might have confessed to his lies in the message...which she would know of only much later...but the fact that he confessed and she didn't read it...Whose fault would Sanam think it is...Like I always said..Let us not get entangled with Shaad...There never was any rhyme or reason to him...there never will be. So it is better to forget the leads' interaction with him too... Down the line, Shaad might get punished...figuratively. I would also love a very violent reaction from Ahil's side...to add to the layers of black Sanam sees in him...(Would love that.❤️)..But with SK complicating stuff...Let us see...

They have made a mistake by adding too many subplots...all plots lead to Sahil...but there is no time for Sahil any more😆.

Good argument, Soup...

Aahil feeling selfish that he might be yanking Jannat out of a happy situation (although a totally imaginary relationship) and back into his life.

Both men are not thinking of her own good, but for themselves for the larger part. But kidding themselves that they are doing it for HER.

Shaad doesn't want her to remember because it makes her ill and might endanger her life (logic of this i NEVER understood) , so he keeps her possessively and she lets him trustingly because he pretends to be her husband. But now he wants to marry her proper so he can nullify his lie and still get the girl he loves. So, it is in his best interest that she never remembers.

Aahil loves his Sanam. He lost her and wants her back. Instead of taking her to the best doctors that he promised (probably because his house is busy with engagement etc) he is trying to subtly remind her of her past, gently expose her to her own life so she'll remember by herself.

Jannat's outward serenity (that we interpret as vacant) hurts him because she looks so happy and contented. I love what you said about Aahil at war with himself on his selfishness to get her back.

Both men are being selfish and DECIDING WHAT THEY THINK IS RIGHT FOR HER...

Shaad has always known her as a damsel in distress who need him for everything. So he decided that she should stay with him for always, and never remember her past.

Aahil knows Sanam loves him, and would want to be with him. So he tries to bring Sanam back, and hopes she will choose to come back to him.

Notice how all the choices are made by other people? Not the person herself?
Both men are playing tug of war with her, with her being asleep in the middle...

I would give her a standing ovation if she was told of the lie, and Aahil told her who she really is, and the story allows her to decide on her own what to do with her life, AND REACT .

Of course this will not happen, because this story is so dependent on the compulsory Vamp participation.

Sage,
Sanam is asleep. Ahil is waking her up. He i snot deciding for her...he is empowering her to make a decision...😉

But I really hope he wakes up soon and takes by force what belongs to him...Belongs...Is a woman a belonging? Ahil is trying not to treat her like one now...but later on...would love if ZIDDI AHIL came back.😉 (He is actualy quite Zidi already. He knows how to get her memory bak...not any doctor...That promise of best doctor in Bhopal...was only an excuse to get Shaad and Jannat to Bhopal...which materialised not because of the best doctor, but thanx to Dr. SK.😆 So Dr. Ahil took over. and started the best treatment for Jannat)

TWO THOUGHTS I keep in mind not knowing what lies in future :

1. Ahil told Jannat about Sanam...nothing about Ahil. So Jannat will have to discover Ahil...all by herself.

2. This one much much later in the show- Ahil's sachhi mohabbat has to come back...for him to be free of Kaala Saaya...But if that kaala saaya gets her powers back and endangers sachhi mohabbat...what would Ahil do then? Choose his freedom or Sanam's? (Could also be the reason why Shaad has always been whitewashed...They need him to stick around? )

@Soup...

Exactly, I thought the same reason.

Jannat has lost her memory. Aahil would have easily claimed her in his life by saying she is his wife. Since, Jannat doesn't remember him, I feel like he doesn't want to throw his rights over her. He is slowly trying to make her remember her past.

That is why I was okay with the way Aahil handled Jannat after he came to know that she had memory loss. I know he could have taken her to the doctor. But sometimes staying with family works best in this kind of case. He is slowly trying her to remember her past by bringing her in her house.

For me, the another concern is Aahil not reacting towards Shaad. Aahil might not think that Janant being exploited from Shaad since she is happy with him. But he is still aware that Jannat being told by Shaad that she is married to him. I expect Aahil to ask Shaad why he is lying to her. Okay, if he can't confront him directly for whatever reasons, at least I expect some monologes from Aahil as to why he is not confronting Shaad. It is okay if Aahil has to pretend infront of Shaad and be friendly with him for Jannat's sake.

But it definitely looks stupid if Aahil does not react and behave normally with Shaad.

Just my PoV.

@Sage..

I would give her a standing ovation if she was told of the lie, and Aahil told her who she really is, and the story allows her to decide on her own what to do with her life, AND REACT
.
This made me think...if Jannat was given a choice, I am sure she would have chosen Aahil since he is her husband. But the question is - will she be the the same Sanam when she retuns to Aahil? Jannat does not remember anything about her past life. What she remembers is the days she spent with Shaad.

The way I see, Aahil is reacting this whole situation emotionally. I don't think Aahil is completely selfish here. If Aahil was selfish, he could have claimed Jannat saying that she is his wife. As you mentioned, Aahil knows Sanam loves him, and would want to be with him. So he tries to bring Sanam back, and hopes she will choose to come back to him

Shaad doesn't want her to remember because it makes her ill and might endanger her life (logic of this i NEVER understood) .

Shaad was always selfish. I don't think he ever attempted to tell her the truth. He tries to tell her the truth when she started comparing their relationship with Aahil and Sanam. When he was saying the truth I did not see any worry on his face whether it will endanger her life.

Shaad never wanted Jannat to remember his past life.
