Part 1
Immigration department people drag Sanam out of the house and she keeps screaming Shaads name. Shaad comes after her and tells the people to let go of Sanam. He tells Sanam nothing will happen to you. I will come for you. Sanam holds on to Shaads hand as she is pulled away in the jeep. Fake Misbah smirks watching the whole thing. Shaad says ..i love you a lot Jannat (Sanam), wont let anything happen to you.
All watch as Sanam-2 arrives with pregnancy test kit. Ahil asks about result. He thinks now Sanam-2 will be exposed. Nurse checks the test kit and says its positive. Ahil is stunned. Sanam-2 smirks. Lawyers are stunned too. Ahil asks Nurse if they are sure and says Doc will cross examine again. Sanam-2 asks why, you dont trust me. Ahil says not for that, just want to be sure so that there are no doubts. Ahil asks Doc to proceed. Sanam-2 fumes.
Shaad says just now immigration officers came and took my wife from me and you are saying you dont have info. Check and get back to me. Fake-Misbah smirks that her plan to take Jannat out of the game worked out.Shaad wonders how those officers got Jannat's details and where they must have taken Jannat.
The jeep is pulled off in a forest and Sanam asks them what they are upto. She asks where is the police station. Those people corner and threaten Sanam. Sanam says my doubt was right, you people are not from immigration. You cant do like this to me. What do you plan to do. Sanam says my hubby is a major in Army, he wont spare you. Those people call Fake-Misbah and Sanam says i knew she was behind this. Allah wont spare you. Fake-Misbah orders her men to kill Sanam. The guy points a gun at Sanam's head.
Doc informs Ahil that Sanam-2 is pregnant and the baby is of three weeks. Ahil is stunned. He recollects talking to Sanam-2 about how the baby is over 5 months. Ahil says this baby is not mine. Sanam-2 says lost my baby when you were unconscious and now pregnant again. The media member asks Ahil if he thinks Sanam-2 is characterless. Police too tell Ahil that he is putting a big accusation on Sanam-2. Ahil says there is a reason. I want a paternity test. Sanam-2 is stunned and says how she has given her entire life to him, tolerated his misbehavior, accepted the relation despite it being one sided, took care of the business, lost my baby and accepted you forcing me. She asks the trust members what justice is this that a woman does all and is still being humiliated. She asks if this is not a crime what Ahil is doing. The police tells Ahil that mental harassment is also part of domestic violence, i can file a case against you. Media too threatens to expose Ahil. Doc corners Ahil about his insensitivity.
Sanam-2 slowly walks back and then diverts the goons saying ..thank God you are here Shaad. She pushes the men out of her way and runs in the jungle.
Part 2
Sanam-2 is driving the car and praises her beauty. She says i will end up falling in love with myself. Gazala says we too. She says we are very worried. Whose baby is this. Sanam-2 says when a woman is going to give birth, she glows, dont you see the glow on my face. Gazala asks who is the father, pls tell us. Sanam-2 stops the car and says lemme show you. Sanam-2 walks inside a cafe and comes in front of a guy. Its Saif.He hugs her. Gazala is shocked. Sanam-2 smirks someones compulsion can be of my benefit. The man who knocked up Nazia will be my target too. Knew he would agree.
Flashback shown of Sanam-2 offering cash to Saif. He is delighted seeing the money. Sanam-2 says i can offer you more but you have to do something for me. Saif says 'aap kahe to jaan aur imaan de dun'. Sanam-2 says 'tum jaiso ka imaan hota nahi aur tumhari jaan ki mujhe koi keemat nahi'. Saif says lets proceed. We see them after sleeping together. Saif says you got what you want, and i formed relation with you. Why doing this. Sanam-2 says when relation is formed, lets follow passionately. Gazala realizes Saif-Sanam-2 were working together from early on.
Part 3
Sanam is running in the forest when she trips and falls in a pit. Men are chasing her. Sanam covers herself with dried. leaves. A man is standing near the pit where Sanam is hiding and he is smoking. He throws the matchstick on the dried leaves and it catches fire. Sanam is shocked to see she is surrounded by fire.
Promotion of Fear Files - Sanam wakes up and finds herself covered in blood. She looks around in her room and the lights are flashing.
Precap --- Ahil meets a lady who claims to be Sanam-2's mom. Ahil says she is your daughter. The lady says she is a dark shadow who ruins everything around her. Shashi Kapoor confronts Shaad-Sanam. She takes off her mask and its Fake-Misbah. Shaad-Sanam are shocked. Shashi Kapoor says no one has lived after seeing this face. She points the gun at Shaad.
