Does anyone know how to add and remove Video Avatars??

It's the mobile url. You have to delete the m and put in www

Update profile, preference tab, on the bottom there is a bar for avatar link. You put in the link and it's there. To remove, sometimes it's a bit tricky, but if you want to change, just put a new one in place and submit.
