Both are the negative leads of the season 2. But both of their aims are different while one wants to kill Sanam on other hand, Misbah wants to kill Shaad.
So Misbah has no plan of killing Sanam/Jannat so there is no danger for her..she sole target is Shaad. I always thought Misbah will want to harm Sanam like Tanveer wanted to harm Zoya and after leap she wanted to harm Sanam.
I hope Jannat is able to save Shaad from Misbah and Shaad able to save her from Sanam2. :)
