"Don't look at me!" a deep voice spoke into the dark alley where a young woman stood. She kept her big brown eyes fixed on the gorgeous man, who she at first could not believe that he existed. A man like him...

Was it even possible?

"I said don't look at me like that!"

Sanam remained her gaze and spoke with a light whisper. "Like what?"

"With those eyes - don't do that. Don't look at me!"

"Why not?" She challenged slightly.

"Eager to ask questions are we?" A light smirk began to form across his face for what she could see in the dark.

"Wouldn't do that if I were you." He threatened turning to face her.

Sanam studied his strong and sharp features and he could already tell what was going on in her mind.

For what her eyes could make out, he looked just like everyone else. A human clad in pure black! But thing was, he wasn't like everyone else. He was something else - something extraordinary! Someone so different yet so familiar.

The young woman couldn't remove her gaze no matter how hard she tried. They were so big and expressive. They were captivating and slowly making her surrender herself to his overly dark aura around him.

Aahil narrowed his dark eyes and stepped closer to her and spoke dangerously low. "I could kill you right now for all I know. So you better be careful, Jaan."

She couldn't help but feel a light goosebumps all over her body by his voice. "You wouldn't."

She believed him! Into a man who she only had met a few times. A man who wasn't like everyone else. A man who was so different.

Aahil closed his eyes for a minute allowing the strong smell of blood fill his mind. The strong smell of the red liquid running through her veins was driving him crazy.

He curled his fists as a sudden thirst overpowered him. He wanted to taste her! To taste what her blood felt like.

Suddenly her eyes caught his sharp fangs glistering in the dark alley. And in a swift motion he stood behind her, wrapping his strong arm around her neck. He leaned his body closer, feeling her into him.

She could no longer move. She stood frozen on the spot.

Aahil ran his fingers delicately across her neck, feeling the smooth thin skin under his touch. "Wouldn't I? Are you so sure?" He spoke huskily into her ear.

She closed her eyes by the hot breath on her along with her quickened heartbeat. It wasn't beating out of fear, but something else. Something which was much more hard to control.

"Now be a good girl and don't move." Aahil leaned in, aiming just the right spot, where his sharp teeth grazed across her skin.

Before she could react, she felt the warmth of his body leave her. Sanam inhaled a short breathe and she turned around to see where he had vanished to.

Out of nowhere a pair of red glaring eyes caught her gaze at the end of the alley. And then they were gone.. Those red eyes vanished into the dark night along with his strong smell and his husky voice were gone... Leaving her all alone.

Sanam softly reached her hand up to her neck and felt a small drop of liquid fill her fingertips.

Dark red...

She has become his...

Aahil had marked her... as his own.
