Feel sorry for KVB and SJ

Hi All,
I really feel bad for KVB and SJ - QH has become a challenge to watch and I'm truly disappointed.

I didn't watch QH 1 from the beginning so I won't comment on that but I did catch the tail end and then watched QH2 from the start. I was especially curious to see how Sanam and Ahil would cross paths and come together. The first few months were good - tight script/screen play - characters were being defined. Post Sanam/Ahil marriage as Sanam replaced Nida - everything started to unravel.

The story went back to focusing on Tanveer and her atrocities and greed thus over shadowing the blooming love story of Sanam and Ahil. This story line had SO much potential. How Ahil - the emotionally broken but debonair Nawab of Bhopal ends up in matrimony to simple dhabewali Sanam - how they learn about each other and find a soul mate in one another. How Sanam wants to find out about her parents with the little information she has how Ahil helps her and how in the process they play cat and mouse with Tanveer with Tanveer playing defence instead of offence - how Ahil and Sanam find out about Tanveer's dirty past thus unraveling the mystery about Ahil's childhood and together they set out to take Tanveer down. THAT would have been awesome to watch - KVB and SJ have wonderful chemistry and this would have given them both substantial screen space and scope.

Right now KVB hardly has any screen space and even when he does there isnt too much scope to show case his acting prowess. SJ did get a fair chance to perform - its not easy playing 4 characters - she played Zoya, then Sanam then Seher/Suneheri and then Suneheri pretending to be Sanam - all 4 body languages were different - that's a hard task for any actor to pull off and she did so remarkably. What upsets me is that they must do justice to such a shoddy script.

CVs love affair with Tanveer has seriously ruined the plot - Sanam 2 - thats a completely useless addition to the story - no purpose. Rehaan being killed off, Rahat/Haya/Faiz triangle - totally useless - does nothing to move the story forward.

QH3 is going to be no different - they messed up QH1 - we were hopeful they'd learn and correct their errors with QH2 - but thats worse than QH1 so now based on their track record QH3 will be even more pathetic than QH2 - as if things weren't bad enough.

END THE SHOW PLEASE!

I really feel bad for sj & Kvb. There talent got wasted in this vamp fest. Sj was too good as zoya, sanam, sunheri & seher. She did justice to all 3 roles. So as Kvb. He was amasing as Ahil. But what to do as u said cvs have an affair with amarpali & they are giving importance to her. Be it in any season. Aditi's character was not needed. Even if they wanted a triangle they could have made her character a normal vamp than this black magic stuf. Black magic is so damn irritating. Wasn't sj contract ending in March? I think she extended. That's the huge mistake she did. If she didn't have extended next month we would have got a happy ending for the show. Viewers would have been saved from black magic & mini billi ott. Both Kvb & sj's hard work & sincerity is not been paid off properly. There dedication to the show is wasted. They deserves a better show than this vamp fest. Zee tv shouldn't have given an year extension to qh in October.

It's their choice to continue to give their best in this horror show.
Many actors have quit shows when the CVs lost the plot or when their characters turned negative or irrelevant. I don't see these actors as victims of the CVs they are part of this problem as well.
I feel sorry for people who watch this in hope .

yeah.. things went downhill with the introduction of we all know who😆 I think SJ should have refused to play 2 characters ... it diluted her strong Sanam characterisation

I dont think SJ's double role was the main issue. It was the way it was executed. There was always two. Sanam and Seher. We all knew that even at the end of Season 1. So introduction of the twin was going to happen anyway!

But what went wrong was the Vamp fest. The script went haywire and Tanveer went from watchable to OTT super killer again. Also Sanam 2 was SO not needed. RAHAFA didnt have to be a Darr style triangle. The story of Rahat and Haya was good at the start. Even with Faiz, it was not too bad! But then they decided to turn Faiz into a psycho, and that went badly wrong for that stroyline!

I agree. SJ and KV are both being wasted. Their talent is being wasted! I dont know what these CV's promised them to make them sign up for another 8 months of this Vampfest! The makers of this show have totally ruined a very good thing! Shame on them for taking their audience and their fans for granted like this! They should be sued for Mental torture! It is THAT bad now!

I think I feel bad for MYSELF. LOL. I loved QH 1 till they replaced lead. So, I wasn't in much grief with its disastrous ending. But now, Aahil and Sanam... I have no words. I agree with you... They seriously effed with the plot. The swap was unnecessary... Sanam 2 was crap.

I don't see how SJ is being wasted here in the sense that she got a really great deal in playing the double role (not that I personally liked the double role, but for Sj it's a great opportunity nevertheless) and in the process also got the most screen space compared to everyone else on the show...I know peeps think AG had the most screen space but if you look carefully with the double role SJ is the one who got most screen space...

However, SJ and KV pairing is being wasted here...first with the introduction of the twin love story and then the crappy story line.

But as Simran says (btw, love seeing you in the forum these days🤗) I don't feel sorry for either...SJ because its a good deal for her since she seems to like the double role and KV because for what ever reason he still wants to stick with the show...

I'm not much of an SJ fan, but Survir together has a unique chemistry which definitely I want to see more ...though we have got so little of them together as a couple so far...and not much seems to be on offer for now but I still have some hope for S3...

If KV leaves in March, I'm all good as well since I want to see him in another show which does justice to him as an actor of his caliber, though to date Ahil pre swap, I will always cherish..and ofcourse Sahil pre swap.

Edit: Agree Juhi, Sanam was a phenomenal character...one of a kind in desi TV history... I wish SJ had seen what we saw in Sanam as well...Seher's kind of OTT characters (I don't mean the con-woman bit...though even this part was all over the place anyways...neither here nor there) are many and this PH has done them a lot...

@ sheiaish & simran the tm meant to say that be it surbhi's character or kvb's character there character has been too much victimised. They made hero ia blind puppet in the hands of villains with 0% brain & heroine who tries to clear the mess only to get torchered by the vamps in multiple ways. This is nothing related to screen space. It's about the way there character has been butuchered only to promoto negativity vamp fest. Even if they are given only one scene they shouldn't butcher the leads characters like they are doing in show. One thing I agree with you guys it's there personal descion to continue in show even after being there characters butuchered & torchered to the extent. What made them do that we don't know.

Hi SA🤗 . i started stalking the forum in the faint hope QH3 will be like the beginning of QH2. i hope atleast they get out of the polygamy mess.
Agree with u on SJ getting a good deal and I liked the Sanam I saw till last Oct .She definitely brought out shades of Asad played by another talented male actor KSG (I had quit by the time Raquesh came in),which IMO is a great achievement. She is defo getting a chance to showcase her talent in many characters here and that's certainly to her advantage. TBH, i don't find Sehar much different from Zoya and playing a similar character she played for a year is no big deal.
Let's see how the new version of Sanam fares.
KV- his cameo role post Tanveer's entry should have worked for him some way, otherwise i don't see why an actor of his experience & caliber could allow himself to be sidelined for so long.
SaHil- is the hook, like AsYa was in QH1 and the Cvs will continue to dangle that carrot while they show everything else for year or till TRP falls.

AZ- Agree SaHil as characters are ruined. Ahil is dumbed down even worse than a soap bahu and how it started! We had quite a few posts about screen space, especially about KV. I wish he did an Iqbal and quit, as IK did when Tumarhi Pakhi deviated from the original plot.
IMO, they started butchering the leads to develop every other character, Sehar,Tanveer,Rehan Sanam2 ,even Kala-Kalu.I think it's a problem with the way they think.I don't mean the twisted way that leans towards negativity always. There must be a different way to grow other characters w.o dumbing down the main leads.
