But the biggest indicator is that Rehan called her "BiwiJaan" and also his "Dulhaan". Seher was also seen dressing as a bride and trying to put sindoor in her maang, almost as if accepting she is already acting as his wife. Rehan said, they will get married for the world, but that in their eyes they are already one, and already committed fully. So ALL these dialogues indicate they took the final step in their relationship and now all they where waiting on was to officially sanction it with marriage.
Also, if they consummated, the potential for more drama is created. Seher could be pregnant. They may show the consummation in a flashback, or if Seher is found to be pregnant it will be implied of course.

He could have meant that they promised to be each others in front of Bappa. It doesn't necessarily mean that they consummated. My understanding of Rehaan is such that I don't believe he's a guy to consummate with a girl and leave her the next day to travel for days/weeks/months. I also doubt he's a guy who has protection in his wallet or bedside table to protect from unwanted or surprise pregnancy and he certainly wouldn't put Seher through the shame of becoming an unwed mother. Yes, he promised to get her ASAP but the risk still remains.

And I think the CV's would have made it more clear if they had consummated. I take it the other couples had some indications as such? Zoya was wearing Asad's kurta. Dunno about the others but I distinctly remember Haider and Humeira on the bed. Here they only showed a kiss on the bench. That hardly points to consummation. You can kiss without taking it forward and I think the kisses cemented their feeling of belonging to each other. Which is what brought on the "Biwijaan" and "Dulhan" talks. it just shows they cannot wait to belong to each other.

Seher loves him but I doubt she will step out of bounds before marriage. She even refused to listen to everything he says like he demanded during the New Years date because she didn't want to risk it.

I stand by my belief that they didn't consummate because SeHaan may well be goopy in love but they are still mature individuals who know their limits.

And the pregnancy drama will only work if Rehaan actually dies, I don't see what impact it will have if he is well and recovering or even in coma. Will it hasten the marriage? No, SeHaan will already insist on getting married ASAP as soon as he is recovered.

Besides, I think SeHaan and we fans deserve a proper SR.
