The latest episode is the true intro of Sanam2. We first see her in the previous episode, but today we are truly introduced to this character--and she is one that can only be emphasized, not one deserving of wrath or hatred.
She has gotten an unfair life. In a village with what seems to be a physical deformity/abnormality/disease which is viewed as an evil omen, a bad luck by those in her village and perhaps even her family (it is not clear if the woman who "sold her off" to Tanveer her is family).
Chances are she probably is not educated and has very little means of making a better way and life for herself.
She is exchanged from one callous family/caretaker to Tanveer, whom she is both indebted to. She seems to have been promised a happy life. Her nervousness can be seen from the Nikkah itself where she starts to get an idea of the mess she is in--as herself says, from the frying pan into the fire.
But what can this poor girl do? She is a docile, meek girl who probably has been trampled upon throughout her life . Someone whom the villagers and her own family may have broken down due to being seen as bad luck and a bad omen.
She is helpless. She is afraid, nervous, fidgety and just awaits. And sure enough, the Nawab sees her face and freaks out. She cannot do anything. She was brought there by her Badi Bi, the one who bought her, the one who ensured her well being for some time. She has a bit of a voice, but that voice is not strong enough to ask enough questions, and even more so, she is not strong enough to voice opposition and stand ground. She is lost, unaware of what to do in this new environment and situation.
I strongly feel Sanam2 should not be turned negative. Especially not after we have seen that throughout life she's been branded as bad luck, and a bad omen due to what seems to be a deformity.
