Asya's room and the pizza and dresses, iKR. And how asya's room from first floor shifted down intact after the fire.

And how Billi leaves behind such important clues instead of burning them when she has access to all types of fireworks.

And as you said regaining voice and hearing ability.. I mean like seriously.

Actually I have seen dumb people speaking a few words after lot of speech therapy.. but regaining hearing ability that is beyond miracle.

Yes, a bit busy. But more than that, the Forum is not the same anymore.

CVs, they could've shown Raahat/Ahil getting her operated. That would've made more sense. But suddenly one day they realise Haya has to speak, and lo - a miracle happens.
