Haha Sagey, what's your gripe with RaHa?🤣
Do you see happening, what I see happening?
Ugh... Doesn't rock my boat the slightest... Cowards are yuck..😆

Oh, and Rehan went to the temple to look for Sunehri. Simple - the man is in love 😳

I'm waiting for the drama, Sagey.

Me too... !

What I am not looking forward to, is the slap. You really think he will?

I still don't want a slap. But you and I have discussed this.

It's easy to say Aahil won't slap because he's a victim of child abuse... but. Abusers are often victims of abuse themselves.

NOT ALL THE TIME.

But often enough for it to be a concern.

Definitely, but if he does slap Sanam, he would have been pushed so hard.

Bring it on...

Yeah, exactly how we discussed it. Of course it could go either way. Personally, I just don't want it at all.

Agreed on all points.
If he loved her as much as he claims he realized, he wouldn't have the heart to raise his hand even.
It would be too horrible to even imagine hurting the one you love that way.

I am not condoning any physical violence.
I am saying Aahil is a flawed man, who is a prisoner of guilt and fear.
His mother is untouchable.

But I must say, if this slap happens, and she leaves, he needs to see that newspaper article.
I would very much like him to see and form suspicions in his mind himself that he would investigate and discover truth.

Provided the CVs are okay with giving Aahil a track of his own...

Aahil's character and story is GOLD. They can do so much with him. Plus with an actor like KV, he has already etched out this character very well. It's a fabulous role for him, and if he gets the chance he's really shine.

If the slap happens, it'll because he was pushed into a corner, hard. You have to understand the psyche of an abused person. They would do anything to avoid punishment, or in Aahil's case: guilt. He's been conditioned over a long period by Tanveer, and it won't be easy to break the spell.

I hope he sees her for what she is himself and breaks free. A part of me wants him to own up to the cops for supposedly murdering his father, so he can be free of the guilt. At least the cops could investigate and tell him he didn't do it at all...

But for dramatic purposes he remains in shackles.
I sincerely hope he breaks free of it himself, not rescued by Sanam.

Thanks again for enjoying ..

It was definitely well deserved!😛

Couldn't. Agree. More. So much exploration can be done with this guy. Yea, I have to agree with SJ saying only he could have pulled off and done justice to Aahil Raza Ibrahim. No one else. They would have failed in comparison and played it like the rest have interpreted 4Lions heroes. KV makes Aahil so damn real and that in itself is an impressive feat for a daily soap character bound to fluctuating demands of TRPs, channel, and CVs.

Agree with bold statement. Aahil is dependent on Sanam in some regard, but I want him to be able to deal with his pain on his own too. He needs to rationalize what happened to him that fateful day of Eid. He has only reacted emotionally to it. How can one expect him to deal with this particular issue rationally when all his reactions have been irrational? CVs have given us plenty of examples of this behavior already including 1) every scene where Aahil bends down to Tanveer's will 2) all scenes where Aahil is flipping out when Sanam tries to figure out his past during house making sequence 3) Aahil flipping out when Sanam tells him while drunk he told her everything about his past and he then spews out all sorts of nonsense to which Sanam responds "what are you even saying?" because he's freaking out so much that he told her about all the ugly details of his past life to the love of his life that he wants so badly that he needs to push her away because of the shame/horror/terror of leaving himself emotionally vulnerable to rejection. 4) Aahil freaking out when he assumes Sanam is leaving him after he yells at her during freak out session outside IM.

There's a standard pattern of irrational behavior that Aahil resorts to before he has time to calm down and rationally think through it. Aahil has just only started to accept his past and letting it go, forget rationally digesting that the woman he worships and will do anything for because he considers her his savior was actually playing a vile mind game of her own for wealth...I mean I just don't see him being able to digest that very well. At all. The man will go crazy if anyone even started off with that accusation, even if Sanam did have some sort of conclusive proof. A newspaper with the the TOD and his diary is NOT going to cut it and be enough for a man that worships the ground Begum Sahiba walks on.

Again, I couldn't agree more with you on the importance of him needing to break free from the shackles himself and not Sanam who helps him do it, because it's he who needs to find the strength within himself instead of relying on Sanam to clear it for him. It's so important for the victim to face his torturer head on for healing/moving on.

What a beautifully etched character Aahil has become. Starting off as a rude jerk who respects no one else, to a damaged soul reluctant to embrace love and happiness before his eyes.

Tanveer had the cheek to tear about wanting to do right by her son yesterday. I felt a little sickened by it, after she unfeelingly used a trusting little boy like this.

Thanks for this marvellous comment!
