There was a scene in the earlier episode, where Sanam goes and stops him but they didn't show in continuity. Later they showed the continuity scene as flashback. You can watch it then you will understand dear.

I believe it's the episode before teri meri dance, where Aahil insults Sanam in front of his friends. Don't know the date or episode number... Sorry!
