Sanam will try to uncover the truth... But what will Tanveer do?

I'm not so sure Sanam would automatically suspect right away on her own that the truth is something else. There would need to be something which triggers it.

^^ I hope so. I hope she doesn't do anything stupid like going to say sorry to Tanveer or try to be sympathetic to her or anything. I do think logically it makes sense for Sanam to be somewhat understanding of Tanveer's meanness as a reflexive reaction to protect the secret. However, she should be mindful and remembere her mistake of letting out the personal things within the marriage to a man's mother.

Please Sanam, keep this between you and your husband.

Other thing which is worrisome is SaHil are having their exchange out in the open. Tanveer may overhear and find not he told Sanam.

I think she learned that lesson ... I don't think she'd do it again, this secret was big, and not hers to talk to others about.

I thought he made those doors sound proof ?? 😆
But even if she heard him telling Sanam, she'd just pull the noose around Aahil and guilttrip-blackmail him about exposure for the fraud she has made him out to be. Then it'll be all out Sanam vs Tanveer...

I saw that... He looked mighty pissed that he had told her everything, and maybe he accuses her of intoxicating him on purpose (he alluded to that while they were laughing You definitely put something in that pie...) just to get to his past.

But he has to see,

1. She ate the pie too, he fed her himself.

2. She went to make him something else when he requested. And she did offer to eat the pie instead.

3. Khala and Khalu were unusually interested in that pie too, usually they just swipe anything edible...

SaHil have trust issues... Tanveer will see their weak points.

He will continue to be suspicious of her, because of his fear of his secret getting out.

This is how Tanveer may get poison injected in, infecting their love with suspicion and doubt.

They still haven't come straight about their feelings?!!😡

Oh God...

This is a nightmare ...
