The only point I would like to know is if a woman can object the divorce raised by men and what if she is not agreeing. Still only men will win the case.

If she objects to divorce, she can refuse to sign Talak nama, then they would have to go to court.
It's not as easy as it looks on tv, there's a lot of religious officials and lawyers involved too. Just as messy as regular civil court divorces.
