Spec on Tanveer's plot

I've seen some speculation that Tanveer puts something in Sanam's drink to embarrass her in front of the women. I don't think that's the case only because in the Youtube video that says "Sanam challenges her mother-in-law", it's seen that Sanam is talking coherently to Tanveer and the women aren't around. So maybe after the women leave, Tanveer slips something in her drink to poison her???? And that's when the confession happens. Because didn't KVB say in a past segment that the confession is soon? And Sanam did say in the precap that her life would change...
