LOL... even i was like WTH Aahil... but thinking about his dialogue i now feel that he is not really confused about his feelings... he was saying that Sanam and i are really different but why do i get the feeling that actually we are similar.
He loves her but he hardly knows her... and thats a fact... actually i feel Sanam now knows Aahil better than how much Aahil knows Sanam.. Sanam knew about his arrogant bad boy side but now while Aahil was spending all his time mistrusting Rehan and Sanam, Sanam has learnt quite a bit about Aahil including his goodness that he keeps hidden... and thats what makes Sanam act so bold and firm with him these days... she has learnt how to tame the bad boy ARI because she has learnt who he he is behind the mask he wears... while Aahil still hardly knows Sanam... so he was confused about that.
But i agree that his dialogue about why do i feel something when i see her with Rehan was confusing... May be the dialogue writer meant to portray something else but forgot to portray half of it... may be he was trying to say why do i feel Sanam and Rehan knows each other well or something like that... lets wait and see..😃

And I guess it is still there and ofcourse his big fat ego also which is not letting him accept that how much he try to hate her, he will end her loving her. Ahil knows that he loves sanam but here he was not referring to that...he was feeling that they both are different and have different opinions but even though he feels that everything was ryte...He is in the same situation where asad used to be...he know he loves zoya but she is a misfit for him and his family
