Lovely take right from Ahil's lieteral eye opening in hospital to Rehaan being Ahil's eye opener.

I wish the MU is cleared in the serial too. Ahil needs to confront Rehaan.

Ahil's reaction to Sanam force feeding - am sure the script given to KVB and SJ must've read something on the lines of what you have written.
