It is amazin' how zoya can sense his presence...

And wow! I hope the story ends with zoya regaining her eyesight!

She no doubt has a beautiful voice...! 😃

Zoya had stopped because she felt his presence; she could smell his scent, a scent that she would never forget. Even though she hardly denied her sixth sense she knew on this occasion she was wrong, there was no way that Asad could be here and that too so close. As much as she thought she was Zoya wasn't wrong; Asad was standing a few feet away from her with some colleagues who just happened to be staying at the same lodge."

Zoya's sixth sense is astoundingly amazing. What you did with the entire "scent" concept throughout the chapter was overwhelming.

"Zoya placed her hand in his 'you are blind?' he asked 'yes...since birth' 'no beta...you were born with sight as the rest of us' Zoya looked on with a confused expression 'no baba, I have always been blind' 'maybe from the time you understood what it meant to be blind but you were not born blind' Ruby looked at Annie and then back at the old man 'baba...does that mean that...' 'yes it does, it means that she will be able to see again'."

@Red: This is fantastic, my thoughts did lead me to think of this during the previous chapters and I thought as the story progresses you would justify this and with Asad added to the equation, this is bound to be dealt with.

'You will find love that will give you a new life, a new direction...but' 'but what baba?' 'There is a dark shadow that clouds over you...beta this cloud will be the biggest test you will face in life...all I will say is that if He above has gifted you with a sixth sense, the ability to recognise even without seeing, believe in that power, the day you deny it, the day you turn away from it you will lose everything'."

"...she stopped, she placed her hand over her chest and closed her eyes. He was here and this time there was no denying it or trying to fight it, she turned towards him and took one step closer.

Asad kept his gaze fixated he tried to speak but words kept defying him 'please tell me its you...that you are here, for the last two days I have been sensing you...and as much as I convince myself otherwise I know I am not wrong'.

Asad gulped as his eyes widened further in bewilderment, still not saying anything he watched her take that last step which brought her to stand just a few inches away. Zoya lifted her hand and he silently followed it, the minute it came into contact with his face he held his breath. Zoya grazed her fingers over his face, it was like she was constructing a vision of him, what he looked like 'Asad...I know it's you' she whispered as her fingers continued to create a whirlwind of emotions within him.

As her fingers brushed past his lips, he parted them and then managed to whisper out her name. Zoya smiled 'I knew it was you, what are you doing here' Asad took hold of her hand and lowered it 'Zoya...how did you know...and what are you doing here?'

'I just did, I know it may seem strange to you but it was as if something inside me sensed you...I am here with my colleagues for a few days...I take it you are here for the conference next door'

'Yes...and I am staying in the same lodge...as you' 'isn't it funny...how we keep meeting' Asad looked at her intently as she kept smiling; her eyes looked directly at him as if she could see him."

Overwhelmingly beautiful.

The walk back together was endearing.

Hey Sis,

I had thought I'll write a big comment but after reading this part, I'm left speechless. Okay, the only thing I know for now is that this is my favorite part.

OMG, u know I was jumping up and down looking at the song. You've used it perfectly. Truly a soulful song & so aptly sung by Zoe.

The AsYa meeting was so sweet. I'll start fangirling now, seriously. lol.

Oh I don't know whether to be happy or scared about the predictions Baba made. The only one I loved was of her sight returning.

Sis, seriously, you leave me speechless with your stories.

Its such a coincidence, a beautiful one at that, that AsYa get to meet at such a beautiful spot.

Asad is confused by the whirlwind of emotions rising within him on seeing her or just by thinking of her. He finds her beautiful, innocent & one with a heavenly voice.

Zoe's sixth sense & the ability to recognize his scent in a room full of people is excellent. Its definitely a gift from Allah to help her find her destination on earth, her love. I'm really in love with her for her zest for living & not complaining which we still do with all the senses & blessings. I'm glad she has such nice friends.
