Hi,,

I have a serious doubt regarding the property of Nawab which Tanveer wants for her son Rehaan and herself.

In the will it was stated that Aahil will inherit all his father's property if he gets married before the age of 30 and the property will be divided equally between Aahil and his wife. And it was also mentioned that Aahil cannot transfer the property to anybody'else'sname.

So as per this, Nawab property will be inherited by Sanam and Aahil equally and they cannot transfer the property also. Then how come Tanveer is expecting her to get all the property.

Is she planning to kill Aahil too?

I just want to know whether the details of will I have mentioned here is wrong, whether i have misinterpreted it or is there anything I missed.

I think once property changed aahil n sanam name no restriction for they transfer the property others name so billi used it we all know abt aahil mummas boy so he happily gives all property to billi name and sanam she is not interested so no problem frm her side but cvs have an some other plans how billi get this property so easily we wait n watch qh

Could I answer your question with a question?!I What happened to Asads billions? He was still filthy rich when he died! Did it just go up in smoke? I mean Sanam will inherit all that money!

Sorry no idea about Nawab's will but I think it said he cannot do anything until he gets married.

That question I asked on first day of leap it's better you forget all the things that happened in qh1 besides asyas death..

Mariya as far as I remember he cant bcoz when Aahil said he is not interested in property and will transfer everything to Tanveer's name, the lawyer said so . If he tries to transfer the property the property will go to some trust.

I don't think so, The property could not be transferred to any other member of the house if it is not transferred to Ahil.

But if Ahil gets the property in his name, he can do anything with it.

So as of now the property is going to be in Sanam's and Aahil's name.

But I still think they cant bcoz the non transferable clause was revealed before marriage clause.
