The answer is simple.

Since it is believed that inmates of the house are burnt to death, the property of Asad would be transferred to his immediate blood relatives unless he has made a will and hence the billions and trillions would go to his step siblings..Ayaan, Nikhat and Nuzzat

You are right. Vakil Saab mentioned this in the day one when Aahil told that he is going to transfer this to his Ammi. But now Billi is thinking to get the property but how?
