Help with a link for ss

There is an ss where zoya gets deported to USA after humeira's poisoning issue. Her flight crash lands & zoya goes missing. Asad gets panicked & he goes in search of zoya. Later after few days asad finds zoya badly injured in some jungle premises. I guess she has temporary memory loss. Asad brings her back to KV. Tanveer gets frustrated & tries to kill zoya again
