Tanveer tells Sanam that they need to prepare for the iftaar party this evening as she leaves. Ahil find Rehaan tensed and try to stop him but he says he is late. Ahil is tensed. Tanveer also inform latif about the party, Ahil is sad that Tanveer cares so much for Sanam's first day and her roza and she have forgotten about his birthday and leaves. Azhar's parents ask if they can do anything for Tanveer, she taunts them they have done enough with Nida. They're shocked and apologize to her by kissing her feet. Tanveer tells they are given one last chance.Ahil is packing his things in a bag and Tanveer enters saying she forgot something, he gets happy as she remembered his birthday however she tells him he needs a marriage certificate in order to get the property soon and she talks about the property only making Ahil sad. Sanam ask to enter, Tanveer replies its her room, Sanam remember how Ahil throw her out. Ahil and Sanam looks at each other. Latif then arrive and inform Tanveer, Sanam is working too much, Tanveer ask her not to. Latif also tell Tanveer haven't change her clothes after becoming the choti begum of the family. Tanveer reprimands her and Ahil for this and send Latif to he room to bring clothes. Ahil and Sanam looks at each other, Latif is back with clothes and jewelry sets. Tanveer tells Sanam, she needs to accept all this as everything have changed now. Sanam say she is okay with what she have. Tanveer insists that she only wear such from now on leaving Sanam with no choice, she leaves. Tanveer then say to Ahil that the lawyer will eye his every move along with Sanam's so they should behave like a couple, or atleats pretend all is well to get the property.Latif lays the food while Azhar's parents are looking on eager to eat, Latif tells them not go. Ahil then comes down after which Sanam comes down beautifully dressed, all looks on. Ahil is mesmerized by her. Azhar's parent say she was nothing and now she's everything. Tanveer comes and warn then not to talk about Sanam like that ever again. Tanveer is super excited for Sanam first iftaar after marriage.Evening, All are fed at the iftaar, Tanveer ask them to bless Ahil and Sanam, they are blessed to be together always and may their love grow. Both Sanam & Ahil serve a person when their hands meet each other, they share a look, while Rehaan looks on. Tanveer wants Sanam to break her roza first by eating fromm Ahil's hand, they then face each other and Ahil awkwardly feeds her. While Latif insist she awkwardly feeds Ahil also. Rehaan looks on sadly.Ahil then turns to his mom and ask her he wishes to go the mosque, Tanvver is surprised and Ahil continues.and so much have changed in his life and he too wishes to change a bit, she smiles.Later, Sanam looks at her parents photo and think about this suppose to be one of the best day in her life, her first roza after marriage but instead it's the worse, this is a punishment. She crries holding onto the photo. Tanveer is praying. Sanam the place the photo on the night and began praying for her parents soul to rest in peace and Dilshad to be better soon while Tanveer ask for forgiveness for all her sins.
PreCap : Asad & Zoya's photo flow through the window and cut the side of Tanveer's finger whose hands were up during her prayer, She then feels the pain and Sanam enters immediately and saw the pic and Tanveer's finger and is shocked how can that be possible for a photo to cut Tanveer's finger. Later, Tanveer meets a baba who say to her that her time have come and the lord will decide her punishment soon and justice will be done, she is tensed. Tanveer leaves. She leaves without wishing Ahil for his birthday, so then who left Ahil a birthday cake. He wonders if its Sanam.
