Yes, they were all good.
R+H were totally not required and reminded us that this is, indeed, a soap we are watching so expect no logic.😆
I will add that I thought R did a great job in the wedding scene. His pain and shock and the betrayal he feels his mother dealt him were all felt like a blow to him and he definitely pulled some heart strings. I felt he did a better job in those moments than even S and ARI.
I am afraid then the shower scene was a let down...the one time he tried to beat the tiles came as weak and lacking passionate pain and fury...the dialogues/audio-over were completely lacking in enough depth of emotion and pain.
But over all,a great romantic melodrama (without being 'humbister' or 'I am preggers with hero's child'🤢) and that is the kind we like...😊
