From the beginning he has been shown as a go getter, but since he knows rehaan loves sanam and assumes the feeling is mutual he's backed off. but the poor baby has just been suffering in silence for the past few weeks (that lone tear😭 i wanted to hug and comfort the poor guy) and wanted to hurt sanam just like he's been hurting.
