Plus in the pre-cap Ahil overhears Rehan confessing his love to Sanam...so if SaHil do get married the love-hate track may return. But i think Sanam will tell Rehan that she is only his friend because she seriously has not thought of loving anyone yet. She is focused on earning money to give her family a better life and until she does so she won't marry. Of course Ahil won't hear this part...so he'll probably be rough with her in the initial stages of their marriage.Whether Rehan will turn grey or not remains to be seen. Because it will be Tanveer's fault not Ahil's if he loses Sanam. If he does't turn grey then there is not much scope for his character. Unless the show is really wrapping up and they bring in Sanam's twin Saher to make Rehan happy.It's all very confusing...Let's see what happens.
