yes haya and rehan r step siblings. But haya is paired with rahat not rehan

that would make rehaan haya's half brother,not step brother.In any case there can not be and there is not going to be a love story between them.

They are step siblings, as they share the same father. There is no love angle between them.

Haya is paired opposite Rahat...a distant relative of Dilshad's.

Rehaan on the other hand seems to have recently developed a liking for Sanam...which puts him in direct conflict with Aahil 😕
