She married Ayaan because she did not remember about Asad and their marriage..so when she did not remember the question of Divorce does not arise... and if she remembered Asad, she would never have married Ayaan.. so ZoYaan marriage is invalid.. hope you got it.

And there is a big deceit involved that will get revealed later.😃
