A F32 article did emphasize on Rehan and Sanam' s chemistry, so this spoiler might be true but Rehan has not been shown to be attracted towards Sanam in any of the episodes uptil now, wonder how suddenly he would become so fond of her that he will fall in love with Sanam post Aahil and Nida's engagement.

Now this I can get into. I didn't want to watch Sanam stuck between Billi 1 and Billi 2. But I can certainly watch Rehan falling for Sanam, and newly engaged for property Aahil, unable to hack it!! That will be a treat to watch. Especially if Sanam seems to like Rehan too.
