What if Aahil believes in not getting jealous but getting even. He might play the same game with Sanam by getting close to Nida in front of Sanam and make her cry?? Aahil is so capable of this antics, infact I think in precap the sudden proposal of Aahil to Nida is b'cos he is getting affected by Sanam and he is just not liking it. I don't think Sanam would have any feelings for Rehaan, there is a possibility that Sanam might not get into the petty game of fake love drama to make Aahil jealous. Sanam would keep her stand clear, towards Rehaan. She might tell Rehaan that she has no feelings as such for him from the beginning once she comes to know Rehaan's intentions towards her. Sanam might burn in the fire of jealousy but she would never intentionally use Rehaan to make Aahil jealous. It's not her nature. Aahil might get jealous without her knowledge, but then that's not Sanam's problem.
