Part 2 :
LOCATION : Zoya's Residence (Lucknow)
Weeks had passed since Zoya said yes to the proposal but she was not that interesed in Rehaan that a girl in her place should be.This did not go unnoticed by Zeenat.She had grown fond of Rehaan due to his frequents visits at their place.She wanted Zoya to spend some time with Rehaan so that they can gel up well before their marriage which was two months away.She had confirmed from Zoya whether she was happy with the alliance and Zoya replied positively but she did not seem excited which is not a good sign.She was brought out of her thoughts by the sudden vibration of her mobile.It was Rehaan.
"Assalam-alaikum aapi.Sab khairiyat?" greeted Rehaan.
"Wa-Alaikum-Salaam beta.Sab allah ka fazal hai." said Zeenat.
"Aapi Zoya hai kya ghar par?Actually vo apna phone nahi pick kar rahi." inquired Rehaan.
"Vo to nahi hai.Koi message hai to tum de sakte ho mujhe.Mai convey kar dungi."
"Ji vo actually mujhe ek week ke liye Delhi jana hai.Use vahi inform karna tha k mujhe kal hi nikalna padega to mai shayad regularly baat na kar pau." informed Rehaan.
"Sab khairiyat to hai na beta?Ek hafte ke lie kaise jana ho rha h?" inquired Zeenat.
"Ji vo business se related kaam tha.Ek international company ne India ke sab successful architects ko invite kiya hai vahan par workshops ke liye aur vo apni company ki taraf se ek contract bhi denge jo jis bhi company ko milega vo bhot beneficial hoga." said Rehaan.
"Oh..to akele ja rahe ho ? Ya Rubina ji bhi jaengi?" asked Zeenat.
"Ji vaise to hum family ko le ja sakte hain par ammi nahi ja rahi.Par apni kami puri karne ke liye unhone pura intezaam kar liya hai.Dher sara khana bhej rahi hain mere sath jaise mai ek hafte k liye nahi ek saal ke liye jaa raha hu.Unhe lagta hai mai abhi bhi chota bacha hu jo naye sheher mein apna dhyan nahi rakh paega" blabbered Rehaan.He has become really comfortable with Zeenat.
Suddenly an idea struck Zeenat.She was already wanting Zoya and Rehaan to spend some time alone.Also Rehaan was a gentleman so she could trust him to send Zoya with him to Delhi.She had an excuse as well. So she very carefully tried to convince Rehaan for the same. " Vaise agr tum chaho to Zoya tumhare sath aa sakti hai.Vo Delhi mein kafi saal rahi hai.Vahan ke bare mein kafi kuch paat hai use.Aur fir Rubina ji ki chinta bhi door ho jaegi.Nikah bhi nazdeek hai to tumhe jo tum vahan se shopping bhi kar sakte ho.Maine suna hai k vahan kapde bohat ache milte hain." said Zeenat.
" Mujhe to koi problem nahi hai aapi par kya Zoya manegi?" Rehaan was totally in favour of Zeenat's idea but he was concerned about Zoya's approval.He did not think that Zoya would agree as he was well aware with her lack of interest in him.
" Zoya se mai baat kar lungi aur tumhari ammi se bhi.Tum uski chinta mat karo.Tum bas apni flight details mujhe message kar dena to hum Zoya ko airport derop kar denge" said an excited Zeenat.
"Jee mai use pick kar lunga aap drop karne ki tension mat lijiye.Abhi rakhta hu kafi taiyari karni hai.Allah Hafiz."
"Allah hafiz." said Zeenat and cut the call.So finally the stage is set for what she desired for.Now all she has to do is to convince Zoya and that was quite easy for her considering her emotional blackmailing skills.She sincerely hoped that this trip proves to be a blessing for Rehaan and Zoya.
LOCATION : Asad's Residence (Bhopal)
"Asad tumne yeh khana kyun nahi rakha.Vahan agar tumhe tumhari ammi ke hath ke khane ki yaad aaegi to kya karoge tum?" panicked Dilshaad.
"Ammi please. Ek hafte ke liye hi to ja raha hu mai.Aap itna kyun pareshan ho rahi hain,Aur vaise bhi vo sheher mere liye naya nahi hai.Mai kitne saal raha hu vahan.Its like home to me. Chinta mat kijiye aap." comforted Asad.
"Oh ho Asad chinta kaise na karu.Tum Delhi jaa rhe ho vo bhi pure ek hafte ke liye aur tumhari carelessness se mai achi tarah se wakhif hu.Kaam ke aage tumhe kuch nahi sujhta.Jab tum vahan padhte they tab to Zoya thi tumhara khyal rakhne ke liye par ab.." and suddenly she realised the gravity of her words and she tried to make up by diverting the topic but the damage had already been done.Visiting that city again which is full of zoya and his memories was already difficult for him.The only thought that was on his mind since he came to know about this trip was how will he convince himself to not miss Zoya at that place.Everytime he thought about Zoya a part of him broke but he could not deny the fact that he has lost her because of his own mistakes and by the time he realised that he could not live without her it was too late.Now here he is with a whole lot of memories and regret and he could do nothing about it.
"Ammi aap chinta mat kijiye.Mai apna dhyan rakhunga.Ab aap so jaiye raat kafi ho gyi hai aur mujhe bhi subah jaldi uthna hai.Good night." he said with a heavy heart.
" Good night beta." said Dilshaad and retarted to her room.
At one place there was Zoya who was going to Delhi just because of her aapi's emotional blackmail but there was that little thought at the back of her mind that maybe if she went to that city with Rehaan she could make new memories with him and forget the old ones which she suppossedly has already forgotton.Today when she thinks of Delhi its about ASad maybe tomorrow she can think about Rehaan.
At another place there was Asad who wanted to go to Delhi to reminsce his memories with Zoya and also did not want to go there to avoid the pain that Delhi will inflict upon him.He settled with the thought that if his company got the contract then they will reach new heights and thus new memories will be attached to the city which will give him happiness.But what was unknown to them was destiny's plan to reunite them.This trip to delhi will sure create new memories for them but in ways which none of them have expected.
The Next Day :
Zoya and Rehaan have already redched Delhi and they were on their way to the hotel.Since Zoya was informed about the trip she was very curious to know whether all the successful architects will be coming to attend the workshops.She finally asked Rehaan to clear her doubts.
"Rehaan..kya sabhi famous architects aaenge yahan?From all over India?"
"Han Zoya..koi bhi architect ye chance nahi miss karna chahega infact mai bohat lucky hoon ki mujhe bhi invite kiya gaya hai is conference ke liye" explained Rehaan.
This tranferred Zoya to her own thoughts.She was anticipating the possibilities of Asad being there. "Aata hai to aaye.Mujhe kya.Acha hai mujhe Rehaan ke sath dekh ke he will realize ki I have moved on.Kam se kam use ye to nahi lagega ki uske chorne ke baad mai akeli hu.Aur vaise bhi vahan to bohat se log aaenge aur mai to Rehaan ke sath rehne vali hu to mujhe uske aane na aane se koi fark nahi padhta." she thought to herself.By the time Zoya was fighting with her thoughts they reached the hotel, The Galaxy.They took the keys of their respective rooms which were already booked and went to freshen up with a waiter accompanying them to carry their luggage.Rehaan made sure that Zoya has reached her room and then went for his own room.He was really dissapointed as whatever small conversation he tried to make on the way went in vain.Zoya was lost in her own thoughts.But he did not loose hope as their was still the entire week left.He was pretty sure that they will develop a relationship in this time period.By the time he reached his room he realised that he has been given the wrong keys.He went to the receptionist to get the keys for his room.
Asad asked the driver to stop once they were in front of his hotel,The Galaxy.He paid according to the meter and went inside to take the keys.As soon as he stepped inside he felt something different.He felt her presence but he brushed it off thinking maybe its just the city. He took the keys and went to his room only to realise that the keys were not for his room.He imediately went to the reception and heard a man complaining about the keys as well.Maybe the keys to his room were exchanged with this man.
"Excuse me.I think there is a problem here.You keys were exchanged with mine I guess.Here you go." he said while handing him the keys but the man in front of him appeared to be shocked.
"Mr.ASad Ahmed Khan?" he exclaimed in shock.
" well yes..but.." but he was interrupted by that man.
"Oh my god! I dont believe this.I have got to meet such a personality on the first day itself.I think this city holds something very good for me." he said with excitement evident in his voice.
" Oh so you are here to attend the conference as well? By the way thanks for praising me." replied an amused Asad.
"Yes and I am pretty sure it is going to be wonderful experience.Have you come with your family ?" Rehaan questioned.
"No I have come here alone.What about you?" though ASad did not intend to be friends with him but he also did not want to hurt someone who probably seems to be fond of him.
"I have come here with my fiance.Come let me introduce her to you.She will be really glad to meet you." requested Rehaan.He wanted to befriend Asad so that he could learn from him.
"OKay." said ASad who was not interested in meeting anybody's fiance but couldn't say no for courtesy sake.He didnt know why he was nervous before meeting this new aquaintance's fiance.He ignored the feeling and went ahead for meeting his fiance.
They reached her room and Rehaan knocked the door.He heard a very familar voice in acknowledgement which increased his heartbeats and suddenly the door opened to give him the shock of his life.
Okay guys so this is it for Part 2.I know this was just a filler type part and is not up to your expectations but I'll surely try to be better in the next part.Please keep your likes and comments coming .They motivate me to write.
