CONFUSION... :/

I am sooo confused..
like is Aahil billi's real son or step son..
cox billi can't love anyone except herself and her child..
and she is again and again saying my jigar ka tukra..
like in yesterdays episode also she said to badi begum abt her jigar ka tukra...
if aahil is not her own son then why is she bothered about him...? just cox he earns??

one more thing crossed my mind.. she said my jigar ka tukra but didnt take anyones name.. his jigar ka tukra could be rehan as well.. like if she finds the vaseehat and if everything is on aahil's name then she can ask aahil to give 50% to rehan and aahil will definitelyy do that as he is a mama's boy!!

i am soo confused about all this..
