Surbhi needs to work on her expressions.-DT NT Pg13 - Page 7

Tamanna is not from any group. I know her from before, and she is not even a KSG fan. I have no idea why people cannot understand the difference between constructive criticism and bashing. Tamanna, from what I can see, is not bashing.

I don't think its her expressions . Its more like she lacks versatality. Since the character Zoya was very much like her own OTT self she could play it to the hilt. But Sanam's character isn't OTT & so she's failing miserably to portray it . Even though she's getting so much screen space & is working with so much dedication without taking any time off but still the character couldn't click with the audience because she's unable to portray it properly. And also I don't think the show isn't clicking because of storyline because which top Indian shows except for one or two has a proper storyline ?, they are mostly comedy circuses that the masses love.

-That said, I would like to maintain that I never liked Surbhi as Zoya. I do like her acting way more now as Sanam. She has truly come into her own as Sanam. Her expressions work wonderfully for me. And if anything, she has been underacting as Sanam.The storyline itself is getting more ridiculous every day, I don't think any amount of good acting from anyone can save it. But that's just me. It's not the actors, it's the story. If Ram Kapoor could not save BALH, then what can Surbhi-KVB do? The storyline is the villain here.

Not to be biast but Sanam doesn't have a lot of expressions to portray right now. Anywho I do agree she's been lacking in acting since the leap and a few days before that, it's not about being a bad actor Or a good actor it's about needing a break. Which she needs badly. 😳

I mean seriously. 😆 her expressions are Fab. Right now she is one of the best actress.
She was Fantastic as zoya and now as Sanam. I can't see zoya in Sanam and credit goes to Surbhi.

And you said she was expressionless in dosri scene. 😲 What you expect from Sanam to enjoy when a guy is opening her Dori ?SJ was fab in that scene.

Look at it this way, season twos never work. It has never worked till date. Not even Ekta Kapoor could make it work in KMH2. Also, leaps never work either, they always take the show down. Also, I would phrase it differently, all the top shows have some sort of storyline- DABH is about female empowerment within the framework of marriage, JA is about the famous lovestory between Josha-Akbar and Akbar's life. Saathiya, has a pretty good storyline going right now, YHM needs no praise. All the relatively new shows have set storylines. And the shows which have been going on forever have loyal fanbase and no season changes. In fact, the common factor of the top shows would be the lack of good actors, except for a select few.

Saath Nibhana Sathiya has taken a leap & so has that Akshara Naitik show (sorry I forgot the name ) even Balika Badhu has taken leaps & so has Uttaran , maybe some others also did. And most of these shows still fall within the top 10 shows. So I don't think leap always causes downfall for shows. But here the question isn't about the storyline of the show , I just brought it up because most people always accuses storyline for a downfall but according to me almost all Indian shows lose their storyline after a certain period but still they maintain top slots by just showing crap year after year & QH is also doing that . But still it has no TRPs & neither is Sanam character clicking with the audience like Zoya did. Zoya was very much like Surbhi so it was easier for her to get into the skin of the character but Sanam isn't like her & so she's finding difficulty in portraying it .. maybe she will with time but at present she isn't doing much justice with the character so I think she isn't versatile . Half the time she looks confused in the show to me as to what she should do next . Its just my POV not a fact.

I'm a huge Surbhi fan and I'll agree that somewhere the Sanam lacks something b/c idk Sanam annoys me so much, I like the character but there's just that something is missing or idk, I just don't know how to word it but well Sanam does annoy me and idk if its Surbhi's fault or what but yeah..

Some entertainment after long time on this forum😛
